The fridge in my caravan required replacing under warranty. I was visiting Warrnambool from South Australia but couldn't find anyone in that city able to assist within the time I was visiting.Thankfully Knights could assist, and they were most helpful and accommodating - not only in following up to ensure the replacement fridge arrived on time but also when it came to answering all my queries. I was most impressed with the care they took in keeping the van clean and the removal of all packaging items. Highly recommend these folk!

Michael and Josh came right on time, and even though I told them not to worry about taking off shoes, they still insisted on doing so. They both were extremely polite and well presented. I already had another aircond installed by someone else a few years ago, and when I compare it to Knights installation, you can see the difference and how neat and tidy this job was done. They even take away all rubbish. I would not hesitate to get them again and tell my friends. The unit was not working properly when I tested it a few days later, and they booked me in for only 7 days later for a service call, which I thought was top notch after being a tradie myself and knowing how hard it is to keep up. This mob is the real deal... Sincere thanks to all at Knights AC.

Came and had a look at fridge and said it was a compressor even after I asked them on the phone if the hysence is worth fixing or just replace and then the spill oh we need to send some one out to take a look and he was here looking at fridge for like a minute and then they wait a month or what ever it was then send a bill. Like I will give them that they sent some one up that day but was only after a quote

Can highly recommend this business. Very courteous reception lady who was able to fit us in as we were travelling through Portland. We had a problem with our Waeco RV fridge and it was fixed promptly and at a good price. Excellent service.

I have called Knights on 7 occasions to discuss a quote, not once have I had a return call.When I first asked them to come around and quote for installation of some air con units he couldn’t have come around any quicker.Had the units fitted but also they damaged my front fence post and gate couldn’t get any one around to come and inspect. When he did finally come around there was no call back to advise what they would do to repair the damage.One of the units was twice the distance from the wall of my house and that’s why I wanted It moved elsewhere.I had to remove repair, repaint and replace hinges at my expense as I couldn’t be bothered dealing with someone so disinterested.I wouldn’t recommend very unprofessional poor after service.

WOW WOW WOW! These guys know what they are doing. So professional, clean and courteous. A phone call to let me know they were on their way, boots off at the door, and they cleaned up! They sized up my a/c and it is fantastic

Passing through town our motorhome fridge decided to stop working on gas. Tim was great. Nothing was a problem as he tried different solutions and finally fixed the problem and had us back on the road in no time.From the minute we arrived the staff were lovely and we can not recommend them highly enough.Thanks guys.
