Wendy is an absolute gem! I recently received a gestational diabetes diagnosis and both times I've gone in for new medications Wendy has taken time to both give me advice, show me how to use the machine I need and just genuinely shown me such kindness and compassion at a time when I've been feeling both overwhelmed and emotional! Professional service but genuine kindness is rare in retail these days but I hope she knows how appreciated her help is!

Turned up at 6pm to have a rude blonde haired lady telling everyone we are shut due to staff shortage and Covid. Please I work in a much larger business and still operated as customers are understanding and happy to wait. My script for heart medication is on file so I cant go anywhere else. Her response was simply there are other chemists you know. Yeah ok but I can only get my script here... heres hoping my heart hold out till I find a new chemist tomorrow.

Searched Google Maps for this place and it kept taking me to the YMCA across the road from it as you cannot really see this place from the road, especially at night.I rang the store and asked for directions and asked if they where in the Coles carpark? The young girl who answered advised they where, I then went in to get the product I required, The 2 young girls at the checkout where to worried about finishing the story they where talking about even after they acknowledged eye contact and my verbal contact. I then advised they should let the manager know to contact Google regarding wrong guidance info and to correct it. They didn't even seem to care at all, as they just finished the transaction and went back to their riveting story?Once bitten, twice shy!

Be aware if you require prescription brand medication that you get what you pay, for and not something else.I submitted a script for the same medication that I am currently on, but in single tablet and said can I have this added to my file and dispense one please, no questions were asked from staff, expecting the same medication back. The person came back showing me the box that was partly covered with only the ingredient displayed which I said yes and thought nothing more of it.I had noticed the medication was in a bottle not a blister pack colour tablet. After 2.5 weeks I started to get sick, I was just getting worse.My friend looked at what was first dispensed prior app ChW, it was brand name medication, correct meds, wrong brand. Medication of brand changing is very dangerous.Turns out they had switch brands meds to GENEIC medication WITHOUT ASKING ME or checking my file before dispensing my medication. Thanks for the slack service.Double check what you are paying for before you leave the store for the correct medication as they are short on supply. Don’t settle for second best if you’re not sure.If they don't have what you need, ask for you script back and go somewhere else that does.This was just one very bad experience for me, but otherwise they have been pretty good with most other things.

Chemist Warehouse at Mango Hill is a great store, it’s actually my preferred ‘Go to’ Pharmacy now. The staff are all very polite and helpful with any questions or queries. And the Pharmacists are wonderful! Quick service, tidy and well organized store.

In times where the most simplest of things cause the most stress its so comforting to see a smiling cheerful face. I have come in a few times now and have had the pleasure of being served by Wendy who is without fail every single time happy, cheerful and just an absolute delight. She is a breath of fresh air in a time of stress, I actually look forward to coming in to see her, I always look out for her and hope she is on when I come in. Absolute ray of sunshine in the storm that is the world right now!

The young white male who served me today was rude and didn't seem to know what he was talking about. In the store it says you're eligible for a $35 free package if you spend over $60. Well I spent over $60 yet he said my sunscreen did not qualify as one the eligible products (although it clearly falls under skin care"). So
