Went to the shop to pick up my online order. Arrived at the shop around 3:55pm 30 DEC 2022 and saw the sign saying be back at 4:20pm. Actually there was one staff in the shop. After a few moments later, the other staff returned. She served me while being on the phone with other customer, also looking for the other iPad, Then we waited for the page to load so I could sign. I hope they can plan better with their staff during holiday period.

Worst customer service ever! I received a ring for a birthday gift and was unable to obtain a refund even though I had the gift receipt with me. They insisted they required the original receipt. I don’t recommend purchasing gifts from this store.

Amazing service - a bracelet that I’d had for 5 years broke, I took it in hoping that they could arrange a repair. To my surprise they just gave me a brand new one there and then! I was so happy, thank you!

It was my first visit to Pandora and I must say I was delighted! Special thanks to this beautiful sales assistant named Richa who not only made me familiar with the Mother's day collection and offers but also made sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I came home with a beautiful mother's day bracelet. Kudos to the amazing customer service provided by the lovely girls at this store. I'm definitely gonna come back for more!
