Could not have asked for a better experience for my 9 year old. Watching him be patient and to then see the excitement on his face when he finally caught his first ever fish was well worth the price! The staff (mainly dealt with Rob) was amazing. So friendly and took the time to explain certain things etc. Was a lovely day.

Loved it, I found the set of of the areas absolutely perfect. Main pond was a good start, got the kids some fishing practice and it was a good slow start. The staff were extremely helpful patient and great for advice. The bbq area and areas for kids to play was absolutely awesome.I think the fish could be cheaper but I guess it’s the price you pay for a great day out.The fish tasted really good too, we cooked a bit on-site for lunch.

Visited this place with family on recommendation of a friend. We thoroughly enjoyed the day. It was our first time catching fish and it took just minutes to catch our first salmon. Staff were helpful giving us a quick lesson on using the equipment. Fish are not expensive and the prices are comparable to market. There are plenty of space and a playground for kids to play and adults to enjoy barbecue time. The barbeques appeared clean. There are clean bathrooms on the facility too. The park can accommodate about 60-70 cars in the parking (a high level guess). If you forgot to bring food etc, the kiosk had sufficient supplies. We did notice deers close to the main lake. That was a great experience. There was one small pond which had many dead fish in it. I hope that was for this purpose only and not connected to other water. I will wait for owner's response here.Overall, we had fun and would recommend it to families.

Great experience for those who have never fished before and want something simply and easy. Catch your own trout and salmon. Fish seem good size. Get to cook them fresh using the many potable bbqs. A small playground in the BBQ area for kids, and also chicken coop. Overall just a great place to visit for half a days experience.

Haven't been here for a few years and nothing has changed. They don't accept Companion Card and don't even know what it's about, need educating as it's 2023. Still love the idea of cooking your catch on the bbq within hours. Did love to see more BBQ's around the grounds. Disappointed that someone took our bbq that we cleaned and left by our table with our stuff on it was taken when we were ready to cook and there were lots of empty BBQ's around. Guess there are lazy ppl out there. Great spot for a family day out for all ages.

We had a great day with my family. We caught over 7 fishes, both trout and salmon. Entry was $10 per adult and $8 per child. No skill required, you'll catch for sure. You can also purchase fresh fish at /kg rate without paying entry fee if you are not fishing. Trout was ~$23/kg and salmon ~$31kg.They have ample parking and fishing rods available, all included in the entry fee. Cleaning is free, however there are charges for filleting fish.We didn't use any BBQ and the play area since it was wet after rain. The place can get quite muddy if it rains. I wish they had paved a proper path/walkway to the toilet.

The good:_The rainbow trouts are tasty, both golden and black._Well divided sections - dedicated ponds for specific breeds and specifications, such as 1-4kg salmon, or 400-700g trouts._Toilet have hand soap and Dyson hand dryer._Chickens going around, probably some extra kfc besides you salmon fillet. The bad:_Old, worn out, dirty facilities._Pricing more expensive than market fresh._Too crowed, and most visitors and big families, so it’s noisy._Lack of shaded parking lot._Ponds too small. Fish can be caught just within 5 seconds of releasing the rod, and throwing the rod can go across 2 ponds for real._Helpful, but not too enthusiastic staffs. But I would be bored if I were them too, cannot blame! If you don’t like places where big families come and make noise, I would not recommend this place. If you’re only come for the fish then it should be good.

Great place for fishing. Fish sizes starts from 400gm. You must buy the fish you catch. Free basic cleaning is available. Lots of bbq stoves available with covered shelter. You can bring your own mat or umbrella to have a picnic. Kids friendly and has a small playground.
