Very unfriendly and badly instructed service. I had to drive four times to the shop as the assistant did not know how to create a refund for two items being wrongly marked. By the way, at times it is cheaper to visit Lowes or similar shops as the same items are cheaper there as the Salvation Army Shop sells second hand goods. Be careful before you purchase anything there as it maybe cgeaper and better elsewhere.

Great store with some real bargains and all for a good cause. Sadly, the staff are lacking in social graces and would benefit from doing some courses to develop social skills. But hey, i think most of them are forced to volunteer their time thanks to Centrelink requirements so no wonder they're resentful. Poor basturds!
