Spent $25 for 2 car washes. Went to use first code after a 30 minute wait in line - did not work. Tried other code did not work. Car wash is bloody useless and a waste of time.Girl in store rude and extremely unhelpful - could not care less.Pity I have to rank them with 1 star as you are not worth that.Just avoid them.

Went all the way there to get our car washed only to find out they don't wash cars with roof racks.

Staff at the payment counter couldn’t be more rude or unhelpful.Telling me to step aside so they can attend to the next customer when I am taking less than 10 seconds to open up my phone wallet, after waiting over 10 minutes to get to the bowser.Pretty sure they locked the pump when I was trying to use the mobile app.

don’t often give reviews this badly but the customer service of an older staff member here with blonde hair this morning was appalling! My receipt stated her name was Jan. She was so extremely rude and degrading to me from the moment i walked into the door. I wanted to get a car wash and she would not answer the questions i had to the point where the customer in line behind me answered it for me. She was horrible !!

Wanted to buy a $100 gift voucher for a friend. Staff wasn’t able to manage it. Was trying to figure it out how it works for 15min. I asked for a refund and left without my voucher. Thanks for nothing.

Discriminatory behaviour from the console operator named PRERNA. Just stopped at this particular bp store to fill up the fuel at 12:19 am, and she asked me to prepay, which is fine and understandable at night time. However, there was another customer who came after me for the fuel, and she gave access to him and DIDNOT ASK HIM TO PREPAY while I was standing at the counter. When I asked her the reason for NOT GIVING ME ACCESS TO THE FUEL AND GIVING THE ACCESS TO OTHER CUSTOMER, She goes he is our regular customer. If you are going to do prepay for the fuel you have to do prepay for every single one and not be selective. I don't know what she saw in me that lead to her asking me to prepay and not the other customer. This is DISCRIMINATORY AND BIASED behaviour and really bad on the part of BP as a company. Never going back to that particular site and second thoughts on getting fuel from bp. What a waste of time, she turned a usual 5 minute quick experience to a almost 20 minute HORROR. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD EXPERIENCE OVERALL. I am going to attach the photo of my receipt as well so that cctv footage can be checked and the lady at the counter be educated about showing respect to customers equally and not handpicking them! She was defensive the whole time and gave me a card, and asked me to lodge a complaint by dialing the number on the card.

The old lady in the morning counter is so moody always and does not greet the customers as if we are refueling our car free of cost. Not letting to scan our reward code properly also. So disgusting every time I visit the store!!

Was refill gasoline on 23th of May between 1035pm-1050pm.When I step in the staff shout at me to take off my beanie. I felt he is racist at that moment as I saw numbers of others wear hat, beanie or cap into the store before.The attitude is very rude. How can these people be cashier or customer service? Do they educated?
