I was extremely happy with the service.I had booked in for a wheel alignment and balance. It was also noticed that I needed a service. Both were done while I waited in the shopping center. No work was done without my knowledge. I was notified regarding parts needed before going ahead.I will be taking my vehicle here from now on.Thank you so much for the great service

Agree with other reviews saying they take advantage of people with limited knowledge of cars, especially if you are a young woman. I took my car in for a standard 80km service and was told that I needed a whole new radiator as mine was leaking. I took it for a second opinion who told me nothing was wrong with my radiator. A new radiator at Ultratune would have set me back $1000, they also replaced thing’s unnecessarily like wipers etc. I do not recommend.

Feel ripped off! My partner serviced my car to find that there was only 2.2 litres of oil in my car and they dumped half of the old oil to make it look like they serviced my car. They broke the plastic underneath my car.Disgraceful! Will never use this place of business again. Wiper blades were replaced when they were not even worn. Was over priced for my next service - transmisssion fluid, air filter and cabin filter 3 x the price of everthing. & Taking advantage lack of knowledge. Saturday service guys! Appalling!
