Great store. Prices marked in plain view of customers. I recommend it over other stores that sell similar products but hide the prices until it's shock time at the checkout.

Very bad experience today ! Poor poor customer service, I walked at check out desk to check out and person behind desk was doing return process and I didn’t realise. Instead of telling what she was doing she just became made and I can feel that in her tone. Will not visit the store ever.

The staff is very nice and helpful. I was buying a bulky bike in need of a shopping trolley, though not supplied, the staff was too kind to transport it to my car using their warehouse trolley. Need to praise for the courtesy and thoughtfulness.

I buy a lot of things from Harris Scarfe because they always have great deals on quality products. We had purchased an airfryer and within a month or 2 it stopped working. We took it back and Jennifer and Mary were amazing to deal with to sort it all out for us and even helped us pick out another one.Fantastic customer service.

Was just in store and didn't realise it was 6.01pm. We were just grabbing a jumper by check out when we were very rudely told to go to the check out because they were closed. This girl needs people skills. Because of her I would rather spend my money else where. Pity she spoils it for all the other nice staff.

Excellent customer service.I bought a vacuum cleaner few weeks ago, but it didn't perform well, so I went to check whether I could get refund, I had used it, even didn't have the original packaging only had the receipt, but without any issues they gave me money back. Very happy with their service.
