I have dealt with Christine, Sonia and Eliza at South Fremantle store on several occasions. These ladies have been wonderful to work with and knowledgeable about their products. They all have a great sense of humour and it's been a pleasure to deal with them.Great quality Aussie-made tiles at good prices were a highlight of my experience too. We were interested in a particular tile and when the lady specifically told us it was Spanish porcelain that sealed the deal. When we went to pick it up it was ceramic made in China. Flat out lied right to our faces. Will never be back.

Go in before 5pm desperately needing some tiles for that evening, choose the tile, ready to purchase. Lady behind the desk advises the warehouse guys have locked and so can I collect tomorrow. The warehouse attendants then came out, I virtually pleaded with how grateful I would be if they could get them because I need to do the work that night. Quite blatantly said ‘we know where they are but it’s going to take 15 minutes to get them, and we don’t want to sorry’ . I have a business, that is not customer service. That’s ‘cannot be bothered service’.

We just moved to the Fremantle area and we are doing a bathroom reno. We've been all over looking for tiles, thankfully we finally found Craft Decor.
