The Dairy Bar
Had the Vietnamese BBQ pork with glass noodle salad . It had everything in one dish - hot pork and noodles with cold fresh salad, sweet spicy side sauce, fresh crunchy julienned veggies with pork crackling balanced nicely with the soft glass noodles. This is one dish that I’ve had many times before and I’ll keep coming back for more . Simply delish flavour & texture sensation.,

Great place to eat food. The food is just slightly overpriced but it is good though. They offer a classic dog with the perfect amount of sauce. The atmosphere is great and the decorations present a wonderful 1980 theme. Not populated, there is plenty of parking.

The food is great. The verandah is lovely. And the staff are friendly. But the cleanliness, food safety and Covid safety practices are a little lax. The dining area was in need of a thorough clean. The milk on the bench sat there for quite some time. And despite the signs on the door saying a limit of 10 people, social distancing and please use the Covid check in, no one seemed to be adhering to these rules. That said, we have eaten there before and we will again. Try the honeycomb thick shakes - they are soooo good.

Just had a lovely chicken pot pie with Persian feta salad. Finished off with lemon tart and blackberry pavlova icecream. Highly recommend.

Easily the best coffees I have ever had in Berry. The chocolate shavings on top made it perfect. I love that it is a little out of town.

so we decided to check out this place as the usual donut shop was really packed on the easter long weekend. Arriving to the diary bar looked ok but the menu options they had was so so, i guess this place is kinda like a cafe place. We had some snacks and a milkshake. The milkshake I liked because it was a big sized cup but we ordered the side chips and for $4 you really get a small amount. We should have ordered the basket but that was $8Anyhow my main grip with this place is the surcharge sign they had at the counter. I can understand a business wanting to charge 10% for a public holiday but the surcharge was also for weekends as well too?? I've never seen a business do that unless maybe for a sunday but even then I can't recall so for a business to charge 10% every weekend, well thats essentially their customers because Berry gets busy on weekends and during long weekends/public holidays. If they expect to be charging 10% then as a customer I would be actually turned off and not bother coming to this place at all.So yes been here, done that, not on my list to come back again.

Mango smoothie wasn’t made with fresh fruit which was on the description and tasted a bit bland. Ordered a hazelnut toffee thickshake which came out as a milkshake but it did taste nice. The apple tart slice wasn’t pleasant, it had a soggy crust and the apple tasted like it wasn’t made that day and might’ve been old.

We came for a quick sweet treat after making some purchases at the Lolly Factory. I had two scoops of gelato and it was $7.70 and the milkshakes were $15.60 for two. The coconut sorbet was so good. I would go back for that. The texture was great. It was almost stretchy. I loved it. They have malt for the milkshakes too. You can get a few cakes and slices too, if you're looking for food. They have a surcharge of 10% on public holidays but that makes sense when you need to cover extra wage costs.

The Dairy Bar is right next door to the Treat Factory, so after finishing up there a group of six of us decided to see what The Dairy Bar had to offer. The gelato flavour selection is limited but decent enough. The sundaes and Tanker Shakes sound amazing, I wish we could've tried these but they close at 4:30pm on a Saturday and they have takeaway options for these so we could sit elsewhere. In the end, I ordered a vanilla and cinnamon thick shake with added malt and it was okay. It could've done with more cinnamon for my personal tastes.Service was slow and we didn't feel welcome.

Wonderfully tasty fresh food with gluten free options and the service is brilliant. Love the outlook over the green paddocks. Amazing Treat shop next door. Plenty parking. Highly recommend the gf sweet patato chips and I had corn fritters.
