Very rude upon arrival & over the phone on my first visit. During the wax, the beautician wouldn’t stop harping on about how good she was at waxing eyebrows & that’s why I’d obviously booked her. Wouldn’t recommend, not particularly professional nor impressive especially for the Ella Bache brand.

Loved being pampered. I look younger said my daughter.

I had an eyelash lift from this salon 2 months ago. It was so shocking I was embarrassed to leave the house. My eyelashes were curled so far back I could hardly open my eyes properly, even the lower lashes somehow got curled/crimped. Now 2 months on and they are still shrivelled up, sticking in different directions and half have fallen out. The lady doing it said I was 'good practise' for her as I was lying on the bed with my eyes taped shut. I've never left a google review, but felt compelled to do so as my eyelashes have been completely destroyed by this. Please do your research before getting a lash lift, this process is irreversible. I would strongly advise NOT using this salon.

In response to Imola - At Ella Bache Bondi Junction we will not pierce the ears of an under age person who has a NOTE from a parent saying its okay. We require any person under the age of 18 to have a parent or guardian present the time of piercing.

Fantastic wax jobs. I've had my Brazilian done here more than a few times and every time has been brilliant. Excellent therapists and the wax is beautiful. Proberly the best quality wax used

The staff are incredibly rude. I politely asked to change an appointment time and the receptionist replied well you can't expect me to throw the customers of the room"!"
