Very professional and helpful rental agent. We recently took a rental property on through Aurora. The whole process was very straightforward with the office at Cleveland being very easy to deal with. All staff are friendly and helpful with Jenny Higgs, our rental agent being extremely efficient at making sure all matters that needed tending to at the property before our tenancy commenced were sorted.
