Alter It

Being there my second time , and the services is excellent. I really don’t mind paying more but the servicing fees is no more than other shop that i’ve been!

Located in food court area. Female staffs here and they are very helpful. My only critique is the time frame of altering your suit is incredibly lengthy. I'd say if you want something done to take it in 2 weeks in advance. They are always busy so do take that into consideration. My suit cost $90 to alter. The results are ok, you can still see left over strands of cotton lines around the altered area but still done well. Overall it's a 2 of out of 5 star rating for me. Not too bad but not too good either.

I payed $60 to get 2 school dresses at a shorter length as I didn't like the fact that they were way below my knee, and after one of them has broken. The part that they stitched has come undone. I haven't worn it that many times.

Went here to get some pants tailored, the man that served me seemed to be rushing the job. Many times I asked if the legs needed to be tapered and pant legs shortened more but he assured me it didn’t need it. I went back to pick them up and what do you know, legs needed to be shortened again and tapered. I then had to pay an extra $65 for this on top of the original $50 I payed, all because they couldn’t take my measurements properly. When I went to pick these up for the second time at the designated time they weren’t ready and I was left waiting around for 30 minutes for them to be finished. Staff are hard to understand and can’t tell if they’re comprehending what you’re saying. Overall the work they do is good however they need to improve customer service.

Very bad customer service!!! The people are nice but their work ethic was atrocious. I dropped my pants off to be hemmed 3 days before and when I went back to get them at the time they gave me they asked me if I can come back the next day! I needed it before then so they told me to come back in an hour. Was a complete waste of time. The alteration it self was not too bad but it wasn't a clean finish as what I had expected. And they charged $25 to shorten about 2inches (and you have to pay before they even start working on it). Do not go here if you need alterations done urgently!

Had my pants tailored and was quoted a figure of $25 per pant which I already thought was high - I also had one pair of trousers tapered and this was paid at the drop off. 4 days later I get a acll saying I need to pay an extra $35 for tapering - $60 for a shortening and taper! I could have just bought new pants. When I arrived to pick up my items they held my clothes away until i paid and then didn't have a bag for me to carry 4 pants away with because of new policy". I'll never go here again

I had the best experience, the most professional and helpful staff! Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be back again

Pricey but good quality and fast service.

Beware $38 for trouser turn up said 2pm the following day went back to collect and not done said would need more time asked for refund and no returned moniesSecond bad experience.
