Very Very Expensive.. even with a 35% discount still hundreds of dollars more than other places without a discount.

Great place to get blinds.

Fairly unimpressed with everything from start to finish. It took 3 months for our blinds to arrive and my phone calls were only returned when it was time for the invoices to be paid. When our blinds finally did arrive, the remote controls for the electric blinds were not with the shipment so we waited an extra week, which was fine. However, Kresta failed to mention to us at any point that we would need an electrician to install the blinds. Had I have known, I would have had this done before the blinds arrived. Zero communication.Am I to believe that, without any communication between Kresta and customer, the blind fitter turns up and all of the electrics are magically in place for him to fit the blinds?Now I have to pay an electrician to wire these blinds retrospectively. Until that happens, I have extension leads trailing across my floors so that the blinds are usable. The response from Kresta was - you signed a contract, read the fine print. Utterly unethical. Now that they have taken several thousands of dollars from us, the non-existent service is even worse than before. Will never use again and would not recommend.As an aside, the person who did the installation was lovely and efficient - probably a contractor.

I've had a booking for free quatation after 2 weeks waiting.Old gentleman visited my place for measurements my roller blinders.Also before the old guy showed my place, I discussed with newcastle shop lady that I want to cheapest block out roller blinds and I saw thire 60% discount advertisement.However quatation I got from old guy was $1987 and 50%OFF as $994, not even 60%off? That was only 5 roller blind 60% off matrial.Even better, old guy sent email friday at 8.45 pm as remainder.Today I had a quatation from Accent blind they gave me for $580. Are you kidding?I am very sad and angry that because my lack of English or my color, whatever reason was, it should not that much h price difference between kresta and ACCENT Blind. what a crookI will call fair trading of this matter and it really make me sick. Please find some wheres if you want save you hard working money. BTW it was newcastle Broadmeadow branch. kresta asked me to after order it will take for 8 weeks to put roller blind will be install, however ACCENT BLIND said today, they do for 2 weeks for installation. There is a lot of wrong with that shop and the old guy.Edit after receiving mail from kresta on Sunday 9.15 pm? It is Sunday and 9.15 pm,What are you guy thinking?As your excuse make me sick.Did you read my review or contact the shop? Old guy came my place and measured then be send email in front of me. I asked him that is it 60% discount and he said yes" also whoever you are

Highly recommended!! Both staff and products! I cannot believe how much joy & pride my plantation shutters give me. Kresta have done it again! They looked after me in Brisbane in my first little apartment, then my first home with my partner and, now that I have relocated to Newcastle , they have done it again. David has been fantastic at helping me understand and choose the right products and Craig has cheerfully installed them. I now have plantation shutters throughout my home - they make the space light and totally changed the feeling of my home. The roller blinds on my office, kitchen and double sliding doors do a great job of keeping in the heat at night and I’m sure will help a lot in summer too. I would never go anywhere else - the staff at Kresta have always been professional, cheerful and helpful. And I have always found the products to be a high quality. Thank you for making such a huge difference to my home. I love it!

Expensive and unhepful for repairs

Called several times to make appointment. Called back once to cancel appointment and never heard again despite several calls. Very poor service.Replying to your response. I just wanted a measure and quote. Was promised somebody would call to make appointment, but never happened. Went to another supplier.

We love our new blinds!! Great service from start to finish！

I asked my landlord if I could put new curtains in, went and got quotes for it all and it was going to cost $650 for some nice curtains and rails from Spotlight. Real estate got involved and decided they wanted the installation done by a Professional" so they ended up spending $1400 at Kresta.Took four months to get the job done
