First time trying this place and I loved it. The technicians was so sweet, the store is pretty and clean and my nails turned out so cute.

Walked into this place out of a wim. Been going ever since! Staff is very friendly and always have amazing results

Horrendous customer service right from the start, you get greeted like a poor relative asking for favour, and so were the other customers to the point the so called specialists can walk out and not return leaving their customer hanging and waiting to either finish the treatment or even pay for the service. Ended up walking out without even having anything done after my daughter was offered to take a seat right after another customer left without either wiping the desk or sanitising equipment which was just used on another person. When I asked about using clean equipment I was given the stare and she turned her back on me chatting to her collegues about me in Chinese. Very rude and unprofessional.

I have done SNS here and 4 nails came off with the 7 days. When I provided feedback they have asked me to come back and redo them. In mean time the 5th nail was down. I also pointed one more that was on its way out and proposed to pay 50% off the price to have it all done. I was told they will only do $10 off if I wish to redo all. I will not be back and will not be recommending this business or service to friends when they are much better in the area.

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to! The nail salon atmosphere is modern and chic, the technicians are top notch. This is the best nail salon I have ever been to!

Unfortunately I have had to change my review as my experience getting nails done here has changed. My nails have been coming off I went back and got them redone, on one hand my nails are completely shorter than the other and my nails close to the cuticle are thick and lifting.(OLD REVIEW) Get my SNS nails and gel toes done here every time, they are so lovely and provide amazing service.

Staff are really lovely & friendly and they have good prices for all their services. Highly recommend, will definitely be back!

So many colour options and a clean and tidy salon with friendly staff! The smell from the freshly laundered towels was so nice as well :D

I called up to make an appointment to get fresh SNS:1. They had me waiting 20 minutes2. They were attending and prioritising all the walk ins that did not have an appointment3. While I was waiting they should of had my nails wrapped to remove the SNS4. When they finally wrapped my nails, they had them wrapped for 30 minutes, when they should only have been wrapped for 15 minutes5. By the time someone came around to unwrap my nails, I had been sitting there for 50 minutesBy the end, I said for them to just remove the old SNS and don't worry about a fresh set. I did say I made an appointment and if the time I selected was not right they should have told me on the phone for a different time. The man who I spoke to was apologetic I think more from being embarrassed, but the other female employees gave no emotion what so ever. Never again will I spend my money here again. I went home and finished up my nails myself.
