Simon & his team looked after me very well during my long appt a few days ago. I love my peek-a-boo colours & Simon didn't take too much off my hair length, as I requested. Problem is WE FORGOT to take pics before I left, so I took a couple myself but the frizz had already started kicking in. Shall I send u the pics anyway? I'll be going back for cuts, colours, a keratin treatment. Thanks guys. Lisa :-)

Simon is wonderful! I haven’t been to a hair dresser for a long time after several bad experiences but a friend suggested I try Simon and I’m so glad she did. He took great care of my hair and he listened to me when I explained what I wanted. He’s great to talk to and it’s a warm, friendly environment. I spent a lovely afternoon there recently with his dog asleep on my lap while he worked on my hair. It’s was a great day! Thank you Simon!

From the making of my appointment to leaving the salon I could not fault the service I received. Kirra on reception was welcoming and pleasant taking me to my chair and offering refreshments to the young apprentice fitting my cape,then meeting my stylist Mandy,who listened to my request and performed above and beyond my expectations. What a great experience I had and am so happy with the outcome. Simon William should be so pleased to know his staff carry out there duties to a high standard even when he is not in the salon. I will definitely be back and tell all and sundry of this great salon. Marion
