My wife sent this organisation a very polite and professionally prepared presentation offering her employment services as a fully qualified aged carer. The response was her letter return to sender" with a note scrawled on the back of the envelope "sorry we (sic) not accept any paper application

Most abusive staff. Rude arrogant. This should be closed down. The quality of life is dramatically reduced by the unprofessional and lack of training by so called nurses. I recommend every family install hidden Cameras for loved ones and get them out. Treat the elderly with respect. We are all going to get old some day. How can such aged care facility get away with cruelty.

Queens Park Aged Care Facility
Very lovely, the staff are so attentive to the people living or staying there. Warm and comfy. They keep it very clean and tidy all the time.
