I wasn’t able to view the car in person but after speaking to Chris I felt at ease and went ahead with the purchase, Chris arranged for the car to be delivered to me in regional Victoria. When my car arrived I was absolutely thrilled, it was everything Chris said it was and more. He is an honest and trustworthy guy. The whole process was very easy. Words can not describe how completely disappointed I am with both Berwick Motor Group and the vehicle I purchased, the level of service and respect to their customers in non existent, I am left with what was sold to me as a quality used car which turns out to be a lemon, in the 5 months since I purchased the car has spent 75 % of that time back in their workshop, I can honestly say I will never use BMG or Berwick Jeep again, would have been less painful to just give my money away :(Unfortunately you have to give one star as a minimum

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and honestly, I was a bit skeptical with all the horror stories you hear about buying secondhand cars, but Marc was absolutely amazing. He explained to me all the warranties and guarantees, which are obviously not a thing when you buy private, and that really put my mind at ease through the entire process!I’d been to a few dealerships for test drives prior to visiting BMG and hate the sales tactics they use, but Marc is honestly a really genuine dude, knows a lot of about the cars, and I was more than happy to go ahead with the purchase knowing that I’d be leaving with a car I could rely on, and so far so good!10/10 for Marc10/10 for BMGHighly recommend!
