I got my nails done and they are professional and so nice.The place is so clean and sanitised.Definitely will return.

Really wanted to have a good experience here since I chose this salon going off the reviews. Didn’t feel like a valued customer. The experience just felt like a rushed job to get as many customers as possible. I watched plenty of people come in for their booked appointments as I did & some had to sit and wait an extra 20 or so minutes before getting a chair & others who were given a chair weren’t actually attended to for a while.I witnessed one customer come in for her appointment & was told to come back in half an hour as they were too busy. Defeats the purpose of booking appointments if walk-ins are taken in & interfere with the bookings & available staff.May have been the Christmas rush but that should be accounted for in a business. Hesitant to come back after a mediocre manicure & pedicure. Would’ve loved to be asked more questions in regards to shape, colour, shellac or normal etc.The salon itself was a little messy compared to my last local nail salon in Cranebrook.***RESPONSE TO SALON REPLY***Having used normal nail polish for the past 20 years, I would expect a nail salon to be able to at least provide a good quality nail polish application, no matter the product. After your staff member had tried to upsell me several times even after I had politely declined more than a few times, they proceeded to very reluctantly grab the product that I was after, apply it begrudgingly, and then wanted to finish the service after just one coat of nail polish. To my astonishment this level of quality & service is not worth anyones time and money (including extra 20-30 minutes wait for this kind of outcome)Upon extra encouragement the staff member agreed that one coat was not good enough & proceeded to apply the second coat. I absolutely understand that there are various products with different quality finishes & I move in between varying products every few weeks. I have never received such a poor normal nail polish colour and application in my time getting my nails done. Nail polish looked very old and dried out in the bottle for both my manicure & pedicure which tells me normal nail polish colours are not checked on a regular basis.The biggest problem I witnessed was your staff members positioning to walk in customers; who would get ushered away only to come back all at the same time. Leaving your staff members little choice but to cram in their services, with a reduced quality to cater for all customers now being served.I hope the quality of products & service improves, and more appropriate walk-in assignment times are given.

Really great nail studio, the ladies are lovely and took so much care ensuring I got exactly what I wanted. The price was great and my nails look incredible! Highly recommend.

Best experience ever… I was the last customer to arrive, still they did not hurry and took the time and effort to understand my likes and do accordingly. Kim was the artist who did my nails and eyebrows waxing. Worth the price. Thanks.

The ladies there were very nice and kind. I've never had my nails done with acrylics before and the made it a good experience for the first time. I also am in love with the result! I will definitely be going back.

I think it’s good if you are having basic nails . Not designed at all. 1st time for me there and initially I was cut during the process. I showed a photo of what I want done , not a complicated design at all , the lady as much as she was nice in the beginning she didn’t mention that she cannot perform that design, she struggled hard and it looked like a little kid draw on my nails. I asked to take it off and just do coloured tips with a line underneath, even that want made correctly and I was rushed at the end of the process to leave. I was charged $60 for a not acceptable job . I’m wouldn’t go back unfortunately.

Great experience as always today at LN nails getting SNS and a pedicure. Such a friendly group of ladies that are very welcoming. Anna and Kim are fantastic especially when I can’t decide on a colour and they come up with some great ideas. My daughter loved her treat of a pedicure today, she felt very special. Highly recommend

Went to get a full set acrylic nails and got a pedicure as well. The service is immaculate, they really take their time in giving you a relaxing and enjoyable experience. This is my second time here and not a single complaint. Very competitive prices, amazing service and friendly staff. This will definitely become my go to salon for nails 10/10

Had an absolutely amazing experience at LN Nails Studio. Not only did they fit me in the last minute, but they also took their time, and they did not rush anything. Staff are kind and have a keen eye to detail; they have a large assortment of colours and designs. The location is great just off Camden Valley Way/Narellan Road and bonus, ample parking! LN Nails went above and beyond, would definitely recommend, if you're in the Narellan area pop on down and support our local businesses 10/10!
