On holiday in Kyneton for a week, I brought along my laptop and hdmi cable to possibly connect to the tv where I was staying to steam tv. My laptop is new (didnt have a hdmi port) and the tv was older. It didnt work. So I went into Betta Home and Living in Kyneton. I was sold a HDMI to USB-C cable - which is what I asked for. It still didnt work, went back into the store and when I explained fully what I was trying to do I was provided with a refund for my cable and an inexpensive solution. Which has worked AMAZINGLY! The 3 guys I dealt with (apologies I cant remember names) were courteous, patient, respectful and extremely helpful. Thank you so much.

We are 100% happy with Betta Home Living Kyneton and highly recommend them to anyone in the area. We received helpful advice in store regarding our purchase of a washing machine and it was delivered to Trentham, installed, and the old machine taken away the next day as promised. Great reliable, friendly local service! Not worth the hassle of looking further afield for other deals on electrical goods in our opinion. Just call in and see these guys! Thank you.

I have shopped at Kyneton Betta Electrical on many occasion and have been given excellent customer service. If they don’t have what you are looking for they will go out of their way to find an appliance that is more suited to your needs.Recently I had a problem with a fridge I had purchased from them, it was just a year old. I contacted Dave who said he would look after it for me. Dave was excellent with the warranty claim and dealt with the manufacturer on my behalf. Dave kept me informed every step off the way, all I had to do was make one phone call.My new fridge was delivered and installed and all was taken care of by Dave. Job well done.You really can’t go past Bette Electricals for, choice, price and customer service.

We bought our dishwasher 2.5 years ago from Betta and needed a part out of warranty. I contacted the manufacturer and they were extremely hard to get hold of and in the end directed me to 2 service people who did not cover our region. I then called betta, hoping they would have a local contact. Instead they encouraged me to show them the part I needed and helped me fix the issue. They were extremely professional and listened to my concerns without dismissing me. My dishwasher is all fixed and i could not be happier! Thank you I will continue to support and buy local with service like this.

Fantastic service from the team at the Kyneton Betta store today. Fridge broke down yesterday so I popped in today to see what was available. Peter was so helpful, letting me know what was in stock and arranging same day delivery and installation. Installer was friendly and professional too.Pretty amazing to have this level of service available in a regional community between Christmas and new year, especially with the COVID delays on appliances.
