To their home and construction dept: Rude and unprofessional, Never meet commitment and only know to charge your fee. Couple of days ago, talked to one of the approve officers and request to reply my email and he said he will do that while I don't get anything feedback after a month.When you ask them why, they can only say it is according to the rule etc.Never cares about your real concern.

Sub average customer service. When making enquires you council, the lady in the other end was rude and constantly talking over me. Wasn’t concerned what I had to say other than getting her point across.

By far, probably the worst council to ever deal with. They do not care what people go through no matter what. . It has been almost 3 months since applied for driveway for my duplex. It still hasn't been approved.

I do need to visit Campbelltown City Council a couple times each year for administrative purposes. I have always found the employees at reception desk and everyone else to be friendly and most obliging. It is a pleasure to mention my satisfaction.

My waste was not collected and recycling bin . Contacted council last week still not collected after given a case number . Very poor service , I’m a rates payer , no explanation as to why other bins in town house complex were collected except mine , lazy really Mr Houbert case number 00100120

Councillors must prefer taking kickbacks over saving koalas.

They helped us with fitting our child seat during their monthly free inspection. Very helpful and took time even to train us get used to fixing and removing the seat

Really appreciate the missed bin service on the Portal. The request raised is today and was serviced on the same day itself, no human intervention for the request. Quite Amazing. Thank You !!

Most useless 9pm fireworks I have seen so far.. NYE2023

My dog was caught by Campbelltown council. I dealt with Malcolm and all he wanted to do was have my dog euthanised. 21 days our dog was in there and returned to us smell revolving and traumatised. The pound lady was no better she was brown nosing Malcolm the entire time. Although there was other circumstances around the case, he was determined to put him down. Lied and said he had attacked an officer. Wasn’t until the case was finished we retrieved footage that there was no attack. He told me there was nothing we could do. He said it’ll end up costing us $20k plus if you were to take it to court and the 6 month pound fees and even then Malcolm said he never loses a case. I was pushed to get a lawyer as he continued bragging that he has never lost a case. So glad we never gave up on our boy. 5 days after getting a lawyer and way under $20k our boy was returned home. Thank you to the best companion lawyer Anne ever. I hope no one else gets bullied by Malcolm and fights. There is something you can do.
