I am very happy with the results from The Mould Doctor. Their staff are friendly, courteous, personable, and didn’t make me feel like I was just another client. I was treated with professionalism, friendliness, and as someone who is judgmental and cynical in regards to email etiquette, Clare and Cheryl are exemplary in how they wrote and interacted with me. Update - I have now been contacted by John the managing director after submitting my previous review and provided with a quote with a treatment booked in for next week, Thank you!**********Very slow to respond. I submitted a virtual inspection report in May (which I was told would be a faster process than having the company come out to do an inspection) but have had no response since then despite follow ups to multiple staff members and via Facebook. Disappointing.

After our first report being received on 18/11 we waited weeks for an appointment date, which was given 23/12. Booked in for 11/01. None of the wait times mattered considering it’s over the holiday period and clearly busy. Unfortunately after hours of moving furniture, taking down decorations and preparing for the treatment, there is still mould surrounding our windows and left in both bedrooms. Bathroom looks fantastic, but the other two rooms were overlooked.Edited: Emma got in contact with me to rectify the issue and has suggested a revisit for tomorrow. Customer service and their accommodation tous is hugely appreciated.

The Mould Doctor provided a great service at my investment property . They inspected our property for free and provided a very detailed report. The quote came with no obligations even though for free and made recommendations for both treatment and ways to prevent the mould from returning. It turns out I had a leak that was causing the mould that was discovered when they took moisture readings. I highly recommend this Company
