The kids like the food (when they can get what they want) but I would love it if they found somewhere else. Annoying place, often only part of the menu available & takes ages most visits. And check what's actually in the bag you get before you leave.

disappointed with the speed of the drive thru allways waiting a proportionate long time for a fast food outlet up to 10 minutes is it because of the extensive menu i dont know lazy staff or managerial lack of preparedness dont know i use this place sparingly now because of frustration to get a quick meal and go

Got there tonight excited to have chicken treat as we haven't in so long. The front door was locked at 8:30 pm whilst the sign says they are still open until 9pm one lady signed that we had to go through drive thru (kind of hard with a boat or we would have) I rang the office number and explained why we weren't able to and she said she'd someone would open the door. The lady that previously signalled to use the drive thru opened it and was NOTHING but rude. I wasn't aware that they closed 30 minutes early to mop floors nor was I expecting a customer service worker to make my family feel dirty purely because we were hungry and the floors were clean. I'll be sure to never dirty" this locations floor again or recommend it to anyone"

I had been given a pamphlet in the post and thit a certain item was on special but was mistaken. However the girl serving was very nice in checking for me and asking to see the flyer which I hadn't brought with me, but was patient and explained etc etc. Very friendly and nice and obliging as well in another request.

I believe the beef burger is not pure meat. The worst burger. The chicken burger is not too bad. First and last ❌

We came in tonight and the staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. They were all well presented and had great family friendly old school (80/90s) music on. It was fantastic to see young people enjoying themselves at work and enjoying my generations music. I have never had a bad experience here and will continue to come back again and again.

Good, efficient customer service and the food was fresh. The chicken rolls were jam packed with chicken.
