Dream Doors Kitchens was a Dream to work with. From the first meeting to the final install they were nothing but professional. Brady helped design the best for buck renovation and Bree helped us make it happen. All the trades we organised though Dream Doors and all were on time and provided a professional service. I highly recommend Dream Doors and will use them again for our next reno.

Dream Doors came to our rescue after being badly let down by another high profile kitchen company. On the tightest of schedules they ensured we had our new kitchen installed to move into our apartment on time. The doors look great and the finish is bulletproof. So happy we got them back to update the bedroom wardrobe doors as well. Everyone in their organisation is truly professional and genuine. Happy to recommend them.

We engaged Melbourne North franchise for our kitchen refresh. Tracey and the team were great to deal with and now we have a beautiful new kitchen at half the cost of an ikea or similar kitchen, but best of all installation was done over 2 days, not 10! I'd definitely recommend Dream Doors Melbourne North as a better more sustainable option.

I used Dream Doors for a bathroom revamp recently and was so let down by the customer service. I would recommend going elsewhere for home upgrades.The communication from the company was appalling - the Friday before works started I had to chase the company about 5 times try and confirm a start time, and it wasn’t until after COB they emailed me with a time and the plan for the works.During the upgrade, we had reallyPoor communication from the company. We would be asking when the next tradesperson would be coming so we could arrange for someone to be home, and would only receive an hour or so warning via a 7am text - rather than being kept in the loop about who was coming to complete work when.Some of the work was completed to pretty poor quality… they tried to charge me for plumbing work that wasn’t completed correctly. We’d asked for our dryer to be plumbed in, and rather than using a clamp the plumber used a huge (and leaky) blob of silicone. Dream Doors then tried to make us pursue the plumber to amend the dodgy works, and still tried to make us pay despite the fact we had to get an externalPlumber in to fix the mess. The original attempt at plumbing in the dryer leaked, and so we now have water damage in our new cabinets in our new laundry.Save yourself the hassle - and go with a company that can coordinate a project and are there to help!!

Rude and terrible to deal with. Ordered an augmentation to my kitchen cupboards to install a washing machine in a cupboard. They failed to deliver a cupboard with a door (as requested) and then blamed me to say that it wasn't what I requested. Their contract refers to doors and benchtop and only 1 door was delivered. They don't listen and want the easiest / quickest way with huge prices. Avoid at all cost! They also want 70% of the quoted price up front. I now have a half finished kitchen and will be taking them to Fair Trading to recover the money for incomplete work. They have charged me for a 40mm stone benchtop and are now refusing to deliver it (despite the check measure already being done). I need to rip it all out and start again. You would be better off flushing your head down the toilet a few times than tolerate this business. Derogatory to women too! Stay well clear of this mob!
