Always have a great experience at this salon, it's good value for money and Tamia has been incredibly attentive and thoughtful during my appointments.They have an option for quiet appointments for neurodivergent customers. Their staff are very sweet and welcoming.Definitely recommend!

I had the absolute best experience at Dorothy Jean Hair. Tamia took care of me (full head of foils & new cut) and I couldn’t be happier! I have been getting my hair colored for more than 15 years, 2-3 times a year and never, have I been this pleased with the result: a fantastic blonde, not yellow, not too white, no grey tint - just perfect! Rather on the expensive side but worth it. I have found my new go-to hairdresser!

Went for a balayage and cut. The team was amazing. Best hair colourist in Brisbane for sure and the cut was awesome. Just really nice staff who do awesome hair.

Visiting Dorothy Jean Hair is an experience, and an AWESOME one. I have been visiting the salon for almost a year now and they are consistent in their high-quality service.Hannah looks after my very abundant auburn/copper hair, understands my needs and provides the best advice for my hair based on my routine.When you visit you can expect:- To be treated with professionalism and have a relaxing time- You will receive expert advice regarding your expectations and hair goals- A lovely scalp massage- The right drink depending on your taste and mood (bubbles, coffee, tea?)- Dog cuddles (if you are into those)- Your hair will be exactly what they promise, they often go above and beyond.I wish this business a very successful future because they offer great service.

Dorothy Jean Hair is a fantastic hair salon! They showed enormous dedication and amazing customer service and put in a lot of time, skill, and care to make sure I walked away from the salon looking and feeling fabulous with a hair colour I was 100% happy with! It was a very technical job with root stretching, highlights, and an underlying red colour that they managed to mesh into something seamless and beautiful. I was really impressed and thrilled to find a salon that responded to my feedback and took the time and consideration to listen to me and turn my expectations and (not that easy to follow) descriptions into reality. All in a beautifully decorated salon with lovely people and drinks of choice! Lots of thanks and I highly recommend!

Harriet is, hands down, the best hairdresser I've ever had. I generally don't like going to salons but she was so gentle, kind and funny, and really put any hesitations I had to rest. I came out with fantastic new hair and with what also felt like a lovely new friend. I'd recommend Dorothy Jean to anyone and everyone. I truly cannot speak highly enough!
