My experience was terrible this morning. We placed an order of 8 Lamps however we received 2 mens t-shirts only.We called customer service and they kept saying we need to request a refund.We just want the correct items delivered or to pick up at Broadway, which they have in-stock.The customer service called Broadway and they said they can't process a refund, in which their website says you can take wrong items in-store.We have to now wait 5 days for a refund and to then place a new order when we needed this lamps urgently for our businessVery disappointing

Extremely Disappointed with Broadway Kmart's Incompetence and Rude Customer ServiceI recently had an absolutely terrible experience with Kmart and I am beyond furious. I placed a click and collect order with them, only to have it abruptly canceled because they claimed there was no stock available. To make matters worse, their online system still displayed low stock for the item I wanted. So, I decided to call the store to confirm the availability.Upon speaking to a lady, she checked the code and informed me that there were only a few items left, and told me that it might not be worth my time coming to the store if they had none. However, I asked her to physically check the stock, and what did she do? She had the audacity to ask me to call back in five minutes and then hung up on me! Talk about rude and unprofessional behavior.Feeling frustrated, I patiently waited and called back, only to be greeted by another lady who I suspect was the same person I spoke to earlier. Trying to confirm, I innocently mentioned that I was asking about the same t-shirt I had called about before. Instead of providing assistance, she responded in a condescending tone, exclaiming, No

My local Kmart and I think the best Kmart! The store is always spotless and well stocked. Staff and door people are friendly. Always able to grab a bargain too! Had a great time shopping the markdowns after lockdown ended but there’s always a bargain to be found!

Good range of products, lots of availability and long opening hours. Some products have a very short life though so quality could be much improved e.g mousepad and mouse

Always busy, but it's a pretty well stocked Kmart. You'll find everything you need for household sorts, toys and clothing. They have some good sales from time to time.

Returned some bed linen as it was incorrectly marked with wrong size.With receipt in hand the first words from the person at exchange desk was This was not purchased here"Quite rude.Was purchased at this store the day before."

Hi Kmart, could you please explain why the deliberate mismanagement of your store design (central checkouts, understaffed, long lines, poor store layout) should result in customers having to line up when leaving the store to have their receipt scanned?This indicates a severe lack of foresight in your store security planning, that you are then placing the time cost of on to your customers - not to mention after lining up to pay at a self service checkout, dutifully scanning and bagging our items ourselves we are being treated like criminals as we go to leave when we have done everything correctly...Doesn't exactly budget customer goodwill, does it?Question: If someone had to leave the store quickly for an emergency, what would be the consequences be to them of not having their receipt scanned?

Nicely located shop, with a lot of cheap Chinese products (Anko brand).For one thing, you can never buy underwear in small or medium. This are out of stock all year around, yet there is abundance of XL. If this one off, that would be understandable, but year in and year out?Also there are never any staff available to help. On one occasion I new the store had an item, but I just couldn't find it. After spending time looking for it or a staff member that could help, I left and ordered the item off of Amazon.

Got off work late and needed to buy some stationary, this was the only Kmart close to me open until midnight and I arrived at 11:53. I was greeted with a hoard of workers impolitely saying that they were closed and that I couldn’t buy anything because the registers were closed. Don’t say on Google you’re open until 12 if you actually close earlier. I knew I was cutting it fine so I called in advance however no one answered my numerous phone calls. I walked in to try find the product anyway however 70% of the office and stationary section was out of stock. Nice one
