Went to pick up a missed delivery item. The clerk asked me for my PIN to collect the delivery. I let them know I do not have a PIN. He then asked for my phone number saying he will send me a PIN, then I can let him know what the PIN is.I tired to explain that they do not have my phone number to match the record, I could be anyone giving you any number. Handing someone a PIN then asking what is that PIN in not a secure process.The Vietnamese gentleman then called me A racist

They are supposed to be a Sendle courier drop off place. Sendle and the people who run this business shouldn’t be in business awful service. Go to Officeworks it’s only down the road.

We have used them for basic office supplies and printing. And sometimes even for witnessing documents. They have what we need and we get it no fuss. Can't really complain about that.

The gentleman serving had no concept of multitasking. Kept serving one woman who was slow and kept decing last minute to get more scratches.It's as if he wasn't aware there were another 5 people waiting.
