Excellent service.Easy to book online. The inspector took all the photos of areas that needed to be rectified, explained why and sent a detailed report.The report clearly showed photos with red crosses on the areas needing work as well as written suggestions.Would highly recommend this company.I now fully comply and will use this service for my next certificate.

I had Damien from Dr Poolsafe come out this morning to carry out a spa fencing compliance inspection. In the lead up to the inspection the communication and reminders from Dr Pool Safe about the inspection requirements (registration letter from Council), time and date was top notch. Damien was a pleasure to deal with, very professional and had a wealth of knowledge about the pool/spa fencing regulations. A great experience particularly as I did not know what to expect.

I called Dr. PoolSafe to conduct a barrier inspection around my backyard spa as legally required by law. I was not sure what company to call, but contacted Dr. PoolSafe to conduct the inspection. I am 100% happy, application was easy, communication was excellent and the service/inspection great. They are honest, punctual and trustworthy. I highly recommend this company.

From the moment I booked online the communication was spot on.... auto reply, confirmation, reminder(s) and even pre-arrival text. Damien was thorough with his inspection & fantastic with ideas to rectify any issues... there on the spot (if possible). Certificate issued same day & even a link to your council provided in the email. I will use Dr Pool again in another 4 years & would highly recommend. Unfortunately there are companies around that are not that helpful & like to return for extra money, which you never know until you come across them. Dr Pool certainly was NOT one of those companies. Very happy grandparents knowing we are doing everything possible to keep our babies & children safe.

Damien was very professional, my initial pool fence inspection failed. I was provided a report with photos that outlined what was required to pass the follow up inspection. I carried out the required repairs and Damien re attended and re inspected the fence and it passed. I was issued certificates and reports on the same day as the inspections. Punctual, professional, and great communication.

Pool barrier compliance certificate. David explained the process & offered some helpful advice re dealing with the council. He was on time & the services were reasonably priced. To get our barriers complaint cost a lot of money (we had just moved) and think that has to be the mindset (you will not get it done cheaply, where your barrier is old, like our was.

It is disappointing to hear that you did not appreciate our quality service.Canned responses are impersonal, emotionless and fail to answer any of the reviewers concerns. Extremely sloppy way of addressing your own customers Dr. PoolSafe, and I would advise you actually take time to respond to reviewers, even if these responses share general ideas, or don't respond at all.As for their pool inspections? On par with competition so A- there.
