If I could give 6 stars I would. Forget apple genius Bar, put your wallet away, let Ray have a look at all your Mac and PC needs. Honest, professional and very reasonable with pricing and options. My vintage Mac had seen it all and he offered a suitable option which left me extremely happy. Good customer service is hard to come by let alone great. Highly recommended. Thank you Ray.

Ray has been very helpful when my computer is choked up with files and apps and stops performing... he is very patient with me and my computer by explaining what went wrong and what can be done to fix the problem, even teach me how to clean my 6 year old desktop so I can enjoy a near-brand new machine~ Thank you Ray for your specialist and patience! Ray took on a very technically challenging job on my IMac (hardware repair to a later model IMac with a cracked screen) and handled it skillfully, quickly, and professionally. His rates were very reasonable, and he was sensitive to my budget. Beyond that, he was a delight to deal with. I have had more than my share of computer support people who are either irritated that the customer doesn't know as much as they do, or are eager to inundate you with a bunch of programs and hardware that they -- as power users -- love but that are not user friendly for non-professionals. Ray, in contrast, was calm, low-key, and worked to match our solution with my goals for the computer. A real gem!

On two occasions i went to Ray and both times through his advice i did not require his services , so his advice saved me money that i did not have to spend , he was extremely helpfull and i have found him to be very honest as he could have easily charged me for work that my PC did not require , this is very hard to find nowadays , i would highly reccommend Ray and will use him in the future if i ever need any more help with my computer .

Ray did an amazing job at restoring my macbook air 2015 to it's former glory! He found the problem, cleaned up the built up dust and fan all within the same day. I am super happy my laptop is turning on again, charging AND is super fast :D Make sure you call ahead of time before driving to the location!
