Wonderful food and lovely service.Atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming, staff were friendly and attentive at all times. We got our orders quickly and with all modifications accounted for in the burgers. Veggie burger was good which can't be said for every burger place around. Assembly, ingredients and flavors in the burgers were quality and delightful. Would definitely recommend if you're feeling like treating yourself on a lazy Saturday night.

Food Quality was very poor and food temperature was very bad. I had ordered churros and chocolate dip was missing on my order. The chicken was not well cooked at all; it felt like not cooked even 60%? The burger was too cold. Loaded chips were very salty and poor quality. I had also ordered sauces, and it was put together in a takeaway box and sent. It got mixed and was all over the place. I literally had to throw everything away. THIS IS SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY. I spent more than 50 dollars and i had to throw all the food away and stay hungry!!THIS IS A WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I love everything about this place. The patty on my first burger was so delicious I went back the next day and got one with two. Everything was perfectly cooked and the proportions were just right.The flavours were delicious and well balanced. The gluten free bun I had was really nice, best I’ve ever had. The fries were perfectly cooked and super crunchy.My vegetarian sister also says that the veggie burger was incredible. Staff were super friendly and kind, and the guy behind the counter even remembered me and reminded me to get a gluten free bun when I forgot to order it.All round an incredible place with a great vibe and wonderfully delicious food. 15/10 would absolutely recommend.

Kids loved it! We've been regulars since they have opened. My daughter loves their chicken drumettes and the son scoffs down the Cheese Burger. Really did wish they have Coke instead of Pepsi though. Oh, the chips are really good too.

Was excited then really disapppointed by the quality of food. Could barely find the chicken in the heavily crumbed coating which is then deep fried in what tastes like super old oil. On a positive staff were friendly, paper packaging and the order came fast...probably too fast in hindsight.

Food was hot and fresh and looked beautiful. I really really wanted to like this place and I can honestly see why people love it, I just wasn't one of them.I had the Mac N cheese royal. Look it was tasty but my only issue I had here was the sauce mix, it just didn't work for me. Either go with ketchup & mustard or just go with the special sauce, far to much going on with all three on the burger. Don't get me wrong, I am a sauce head and usually get sauce on the side to pour over my burger, this was just a bit of a mess really.Chips, perfectly done.Will give it another crack forsure.Friendly service, hot fresh food, was just just let down with the burger overall.

Most disappointing burgers!I had high hopes from pattysmiths since the menu looks amazing BUT the food was overpriced and awful. I should’ve seen the reviews before ordering.My burgers were falling apart. The patties were over cooked and burnt! My child literally could not eat after one bite.I have never tasted such awful burgers. The buns were so sweet that i had sticky hands afterwards.Totally disgusting.The fries were soggy and undercooked. Not even well seasoned.I cannot imagine how someone can mess up cooking burgers!I also ordered a “thick” milkshake which arrived in a water like consistency!The only thing which was not disappointing was their chicken popcorn.Had to pay $98 for just all that.Overall, bad experience. Never going back again.Avoid this joint to save your taste buds and hard earned money.

Had dinner here and tried a variety of burgers and snacks. The quality of the food is not bad and prices are ok. My burger bun was slightly cold. The main issue was the restaurant floors were very greasy and slippery, a potential oh&s issue. The overall experience felt like a slightly upgraded fast food joint.

ExpensiveOverall a nice experience and nice for a burger joint trying to hit that Americana Burger awesomeness.Doesn't quite get there but food was still enjoyableVery salty, they gave us the wrong fries (we ordered sweet potato fries and got normal)
