We came here to see wildflower blooming. And we found them everywhere. Beautiful. The loop-walk is beautiful but short. Probably 1 hour walk. Should be a grade 2 not grade 3. The lookouts and tracks are well maintained. It's worth one to two nights stay in Miner's campground. Peaceful spacious sites. Very knowledgeable and helpful camp hosts: Annette and Dewet. Every evening, the hosts light the fire, the campers sit around the warm fire with a cuppa or glass - that's the life.

Excellent, we went late spring which was early school holidays, plenty of yellow and purple flowers unfortunately no pink left. Then is camp grounds and picnic areas with BBQs.

Bumpy drive to the conservation but a long stretch of scenic drive. Went during late spring and still able to catch a glimpse of the spring blooms. Should have visit in the early spring to avoid the swamp of pestering flies. Four wheels drive is highly favourable.

It was magical and amazing. Please come early especially during wildflower season. The camping site was packed! If its full, try Breakaway or Mingenew Caravan Park. Bear in mind whoever wants to drive with family car. The road surface to Miners camper is bumpy because every now and then heavy vehicle will rumbled over the road.

There is a 3.2 km loop with wild flowers, with a look out amazing. Be careful creeks with high water if you have only 2WD.

Excellent place to explore the natural land with its many lookout points and especially when it's wildflower season the scenery is just so picturesque.

We werent sure what to expect here, and upon arrival (in rain) were totally blown away. Checked out all of the recommended sites then did the Miners Loop walk which they say takes 2 hours but we were around it in 45 minutes, probably because the rain came in hard so we waljed fast! None-the-less a great experience

Lovely place. 24st of sept is a bit late to still spot everlastings. Only the yellow ones were still in bloom. The area does gave some nice brachiopods in de river outcrop at the Fossil stop. The geological history of the area is very well explained and clearly visible in situ.

Great spot to camp out for a night or two with plenty about to explore. Rare to see coal naturally occurring on the surface, as well as easy to find fossilized bones in rock formations. Wildflower season can be spectacular here too. Well worth a stop.

Always a nice trip out to the coalseam and a gorgeous view which changes depending on the time of year and recent weather. Not as many wildflowers this trip but still well worthwhile.
