Gel City

I have been 4 times, the regular warboys crew think they hit every time they shoot, some shoot back to try n mack duels simultaneous, some blind fire. They think every duel is a hit for them! The umpires won't let you say anything on the field, so it promotes the warboys into a bunch of dobbos that the local umpires side with. I have played at Guerilla for 18 months and never been spoken to for my game play but here I was accused of not calling hit's by the umpire, accused of hits not even on the body parts in question. I had a go back at the umpire about a few of the things the warboys were doing, he didn't want to know. Because the warboys think all 50/50 duels belong to them. I and few ex Guerilla will never play on Saturday ever again.

Been there twice now and both times had a blast, second time I went we were up against a group of regulars with powerful gas rifles but due to our superior numbers it made the teams extremely balanced. The no Bang Bang" rule made it painful at times and due to how fast their firerates were

Twice friends booked tickets and were turned away Saturday morning for a tournament. No contact to say their game was cancelled. Poor form.

QUT had our clubs play today and we had a large field of 48 players. The on site Staff and Referees are professional and helpful, but also managed to provide an inclusive atmosphere regardless of experience. Safety is paramount and the rules are designed around keeping players and staff safe from accidents like any sporting field. The game modes are intense and competitive with a variety of game modes and a range of equipment and field set ups each week. I would recommend Gel City to anyone that wants to have fun and be part of a competitive game with a group of friends or someone who wants to come along and be part of the excitement.

The shop is well stocked and the indoor course is awesome with a good size CQB area and a field that is always changing and evolving. They are Big into safety with mandatory briefings before each sessionWaffles is a true champion and keeps things safe and fair. The kids & I can't wait to get back for some more pew pew!

Great arena, fantastic staff, however the whole experience was overwhelmingly negative as the rental equipment was completely worn out. In a group of 4, no more than 2 of us at a time had the ability to shoot. They were insanely understaffed and it took over an hour of the 3 hour block just to complete the waiver form process (seriously guys, you need to have an online waiver form). As a group we decided never to return until we had our own gear.

Purchased a ticket midweek for Saturday casual games only to find out it has been cancelled for a tournament with no notification whatsoever. Found out after turning up to site for games. Requested a refund, highly doubtful I'll receive it. Wasted money and time for this day when a simple email would have fixed this issue. Definitely won't be returning again to waste anymore money.

Worst gell ball field i have been to. The owner needs to go and participate in other fields around Brisbane so he is aware of how he should run his business.

Went once, a few weeks back, enjoyed the gameplay of speedball was a good first time there, minus the refs getting on field with masks up or off during live fire, after laying out the rules of masks in live fire area - wont be back highly toxic and generally relaxed outlook by certain refs on safety.

10/10 gel blaster field. will 100% come here very often with friends. fun games, i love how the field is different every time. i would 100% recommend this place to others
