Absolutely unprofessional, have had numerous parcels sent to this office. Never have I gotten a card in the mailbox saying it had arrived or a text message for that matter. Then I go into the office and they 'apparently' have 200 odd parcels and cannot find it, yet the app says they arrived the week before. GET YOUR ACTS TOGETHER!

Bloody terrible service. Rude workers and unfriendly faces. The only thing this place is good for, is for delivering parcels.WHEN THESE FOOLS DON'T LOSE THE PARCELS.
