Pakenham Twinklekids Early Learning Centre

The centre has a lovely calming atmosphere, the staff are professional and dedicated to giving the children a great early learning experience and creating strong connections with each child.

Cannot recommend this centre highly enough, they are all so caring and genuinely enjoy taking such good care of all my kids. Having one in each room, it has shown me that my kids will continue to be comforted, cared for and grow no matter what room they're in. It takes a lot for me to be able to let my kids go into care, especially when I don't know the people at all but each of the girls have done nothing but make me feel at ease and confident that my babies will be treated with the utmost care and love right from the first day.

Absoloutly love this place! My boy loves going to see his brooky. All the staff are amazing and super helpful. Highly recommend this place I always leave feeling comfortable knowing my baby is in the best care of the staff.

Both my daughter's go to this centre. The staff have great communication and always attempt their level best to resolve any queries. My youngest who is only 3 months was having issues with formula and feeding the nursery Room educator helped me out with great correspondence after every feed to help get her into a good routine. My kids are always smiling in centre photos and excited to be there on most days.

Unfortunately our experience of this centre is quite poor. After being booked for a Covid Clean as the centre has had a case/cases (unspecified in booking), we advised we would be unable to provide a specific quote without seeing the centre, however, by comparison a four bedroom two bathroom home takes around 10hrs to complete.After arriving and assessesing the centre, it is quite large (lovely, but very large), we advised the owner that it would take closer to 20-25hrs for the covid clean requirements.The owners came back and asked if we could only do 10 hrs, which completely astounds me...so I asked them, you would only like us to half a job...but which half are you expecting us to do?? How a company that provides care to vulnerable children could actually ask us to half a job to me is just quite shocking.After refusing to agree to do half a job (because in reality not only is this not ethically correct, but also no one is EVER happy with half a job), the owner cancelled our clean on the spot.This was with no consideration for the fact that our staff have left their families at home on a weekend to clean this centre, so that it can open on Monday without any inconvenience to other families.So, in essence, if you're looking for a childcare centre, that cares more about money than the health and care of your kids, Twinklekids is the one for you.ThanksJayne

Firstly this place is disgusting. Staff are rude and unprofessional, every time I went to pick up my child the director was always outside smoking.Never got greeted on entry and when picking up my child they couldn't find his bottle cap and gave me somebody else's and said that will do.I saw a baby fall on her head and the educator completely ignored it and continued talking to me while she cried I was disgusted and never returned.I feel sorry for students working here and having to put up with such a poor environment, when our children have Anxiety on pick up we know they have not had a great day so why lie.

This daycare is very clean and staff very friendly. The kindergarten teacher is very engaging and knowledgeable. Kids love her. The place is full of activities and they provide a regular updates on kids development. Our family has been very happy.

Found this wonderful childcare in Pakenham that had integrated kinder program as well. The staff is welcoming, approachable, well-versed with methods of early education and humble. Jessica is always ears to everything we went with and proactive in ensuring parents feel comforted as much as the kids. Highly recommend this childcare to anyone who needs a reliable and trustworthy service. Thanks to each and everyone in staff. Amazing educators with a passion and love for their job! Both me and my two kids absolutely love the energy, care and love that they all have for us and the support both inside their hours and after hours are something exceptional.
