The mighty Melbourne was delicious. On the other side, Some of the sweet potatoes were undercooked and the choice of container is not strategic as some of the sweet potatoes become soft and not crispy.Staff was friendly and welcoming.

Great atmosphere with friendly staff and reasonably priced food (especially on days with a deal) that is consistently fresh and great. A popular spot that gets understandably busy during peak times, so factor in a wait or order ahead on weekend nights.

Absolute nightmare. Went late on a Saturday night. It’s full of workers that clearly haven’t been trained properly by the franchise. Ordered 3 burgers and 2 chips, waited 45 minutes for the order only to ask about it and then be told they don’t know where the docket is. 10 minutes later it turned up as a dine in (not take away) and the other 2 burgers and chips were nowhere to be seen. After nearly an hour waiting (it was not busy, less than 10 customers) we were told that they would have to remake it.Until they sort out their issues internally and get competent training and management, DONT BOTHER.

I like Grill'd. It has vegetarian options and always seems fresh and clean. I've tried couple of different plant based burgers but Garden Goodness is my favourite. Husband usually has healthier chicken burger. Chips are ok but I'm not huge on sweet potato fries. Lots of seating inside and out along 2 streets. Good addition to Hampton Street.

Well, besides a great burger, and today I had Wagu Wonder, they also have caring staff. I left the restaurant and my sunglasses behind, a waiter followed me, and caught up with me all the way at the train crossing to return the sunglasses! I’m very grateful.Thank you

Burgers are consistently pretty good, the chips are always a let down, soggy & floppy every time. Don't bother with alternate chips, you'll probably get about 7 of them in total.

Awesome service and the burgers were great.Tried the Gamechanger and it was great. Well tbh no different from normal, so if it is doing something good then I'll take it!

Most amazing customer service.. I loved being called Madam and provided by kids activity sheets. Thank you. ☺️Made me feel good. Great vibe, clean place, lovely package, kids loved it.

food was absolutely incredible, I will definitely be a regular at my new favourite restaurant! 11/10 would recommend. the staff were also lovely especially Evie who served me.
