Broadwater Campers

We have just purchased our first camper from Broadwater Campers and are planning our first trip. After looking at quite a log of campers at a local Camping Caravan show we then went to the business and looked at the campers. I was immediately impressed by the standard of the trailers and the inclusions which came standard. (many other camper manufacturers offered the inclusions and an optional extra at extra cost. One had a $800 freight cost to get the camper to Brisbane) What I was very impressed with was the sales person, Kelly. He was courteous, polite, knowledgable and patient. We bought the camper then and there.

I have towed my sons Broadwater camper all over Qld, Hampton model, very impressed, good well thought out camper trailer. Went thru a bad storm , one pole was bent a little, the staff at Broadwater were very helpful and couldn't do enough to help us with the spare parts.

Bought the Fraser last June 2019. We have used it four times now. Tested it on a rough road(unsuitable for caravans) no problems apart from a crack in the poly block, an issue with the plastic which I understand has now been rectified. Changed the hitch to a Do35, my intention anyway. Everything else works well, no leaks, zippers are of a good quality, love the kitchen. Towing is a breeze.Set up is not that quick so I wouldn't use it for an overnight stay, esp by one person.We are now on a five week trip down south and loving this camper.We did change the mattress to a 19cm one from Harvey Norman, really comfortable now.

Went into Broadwater Campers as they were conveniently not that far off the beaten track, spoke to Mark regarding ordering an off road camper trailer, must say that although I have not yet purchased, the service I got from the crew and knowledge behind what I would need was awesome. My mum went around Australia with my 2 brothers and I back in 1997 and seriously don’t know how I would do that in just a car, but def in a 4x4. Thanks Mark I will be in contact with you in the new year to finally purchase my off road camper. Recommend by me.

I have visited the gents at Broadwater Campers a few times; first to see how they treated a new customer, second to checkout a special they had listed and third to pickup my Lindeman camper.Let me start with Broadwater Campers customer service is incomparable to their competitors. Including those on popular 4WD shows hosted by sold souls. If you want honesty, an effort made, someone kind to speak with and more importantly a team that will work to solve your problem. You should consider a visit, because they are nice people unlike most sales staff in Brisbane.The team even managed to resolve a problem with my trailer connector, which took quite a bit of time; without complaint.

What a fantastic company to deal with. I purchased a second hand camper trailer that was missiing the keys. Mark was able to get a set of keys and new water tank lock out to me ASAP.. Could not be happier with the service so far.

I've got a 2017 Hamilton that went for its first service at Broadwater Campers since we bought it in August. A big shout out to Liam for his professionalism and detail he went through explaining the works carried out and condition of the camper. GREAT AFTERMARKET SUPPORT.

Once again, have to thank owner Mark about unbelievable customer service! He's the man who knows what after marketing means. Cannot thank enough for support he gives, still after over 5 years of my purchasing one of his great camper trailer.

Bought a Brampton a few months ago. Few little problems that have been fixed by Mark and his team. Great after purchase care. Highly recommend.

I ordered the Broadwater Hayman directly from germany after an online research without a view or any inspection by friends. The main reason for the blind order was the quick response on my several emails requests at the same day. I took the risk and I am very happy with my decision. The Hayman Camper is better than we expected. Broadwater Campers represented by Mark is a small but serious company. Very good communication, super after buy service, very rare to find, in germany and/or elsewhere. We asked for some modifications and minor repairs, done within one day! The Hayman was best buy ever. Without any towing experience I had my doubts regarding the quality and getting used to it, but after 7 weeks and moren than 7000km travelling we love our new home and would like to take it with us, back to Germany ;-). Easy and quick set up as we have been used on our holiday trips in Australia (20 years in a row with a roof top tent on our 4wd) plus the comfort of a light weight camper. Perfect upgrade for a couple like us in its mid fifties. thumbs up!O.Blonske
