I went with my friend a couple months ago and he wanted to get something.The young man behind the counter was super friendly and helpful, and given that we were in the shop, it was great he engaged in a friendly conversation. I would absolutely visit it again, but I think this is some undiscovered gem that not many people look at. We should have it advertised!

Ordered some Bellroy through these guys recently. Quick & easy process! Very impressed with delivery times - especially from WA to regional NSW. Would love to visit their physical store one day.

Purchased a heap of Tintin books online from this shop. Postage was super fast, very well packaged and the books are fantastic quality. Great overall experience!

I bought the 540 colours 3D sphere puzzle and the 1000 piece colour wheel puzzle by Clemen Habicht, and the moon puzzle by Four Point Puzzles.My order arrived very quickly (about 2 days after I ordered) and the items were securely packaged in bubble wrap. I paid the extra $2.95, I think it was, for gift wrapping and asked that they wrap all the items individually; I am very happy with how this turned out. I let my niece have a peek, as I purchased them for her, and she commented on how nice she thought the black wrapping paper was and how good it looked with the thin white ribbon.I will update my review after Christmas as I will have to wait until then to give a more accurate review of my items. So far so good though. :-)P.S. I will try to remember to add some photos of both the gift wrapping and the items unwrapped.

Great shop, lots of great gift ideas here and the staff can gift wrap for you if you like. I like the range of greeting cards they have. The staff are nice to talk to and if you like Tintin this is the place to come

Fantastic customer service from this store, I'm on the east coast and buying anything that needs to travel cross country I always worry about the ability of the company I'm buying from to pack the goods as if it was the crown jewels to give it the best chance to arrive in immaculate condition no matter the journey the goods need to take. This is especially true as the items I bought were books. I wanted to buy a complete collection but unfortunately due to out of stocks, on my first purchase it was missing half of what I wanted. Not to worry a mere 10 days later I received an email from Emma advising the remaining items I was after were back in stock. Great Service!A few things I'd like to advise:1. Don't bother with gift wrapping, the gift wrapping itself is fantastic and well wrapped, but it'll all depends on what you've bought. I bought several books and the wrapping had ripped just merely due to the sheer weight of the products I purchased.2. I'm no expert on inventory but I'm sure there are customers out there that would love to buy the entire collection in one go. Be it either Hardcover or Softcover it should be an option. I attempted a couple of times to add each item by book release order into my basket and I just lost interest and didn't complete it.3. I'm not sure if it's a chosen stance of the business but the now controversial Congo" book should be on offer to purchase to complete the buyers collection. It just wastes our time seeking another place to purchase.4. Finally at the time of writing this Australia Post was 3 weeks behind in deliveries

I couldn't believe it when I walked past the other day. It's a nice little store where we found gifts a few times already, but now they participate in discrimination voluntarily on no scientific basis. They are not obliged by the government to do so. Are they not aware of the latest facts and data? If they are afraid of getting sick, they should not open up to the public at all.This is a voluntary act of discrimination. It is NOT beneficial to the well-being of society" (as their sign said) by all means - on the contrary.We will not support this store now or in the future."
