We recently engaged Melinda, Scott and the Streamline team to assist us with purchasing our new home. After a very stressful 12 months post the 2023 floods, we simply didn’t have the skill or will to navigate the purchasing process. My partner and I were recently in the position of having to move house. We had only done this once before in Australia and were looking for some advice on how best to approach this. We had never heard of the concept of a buyer's agent before until I happened to walk past Streamline's office in Wilston. From the very first meeting through to settling on the property, the service from this small team has been outstanding. I am now fully convinced of the concept of a buyer's agent especially for inexperienced buyers like us. It seems that not all buyers agents are equal.
