Specsavers Optometrists & Audiology - Glenorchy

Great service and friendly staff and yes i would recommend SPECSAVERS. Being Christmas i expected that my new glasses would take weeks but two days later there they for me to pick up!

I recently changed to Specsavers simply because it was more convenient for me. I am so glad i did. The staff at the Northgate store are all so lovely, especially Katie. Katie was exceptionally friendly and so helpful, hands down the best customer service i have received in a long time. I will continue to visit specsavers in the future.

I found Spec Savers Glenorchy very easy to deal with ,friendly and efficient staff . The work they do for the Fred Hollows foundation is fantastic

I just wanted to say that Specsavers Glenorchy are fantastic to deal with on every occasion I have been there. I especially want to say thanks to Jackie the audiologist who looked after me during my process of having my hearing aids purchased and setting them up. Jackie is incredible with her dedication to making sure her clients are looked after and she goes that extra bit to make sure that her customer service is above and beyond, I am so happy that I chose to go there to have my hearing checked and the process of having hearing aids fitted. Still ongoing but I couldn’t be happier with the whole process. Thank Jackie and thank you Specsavers Glenorchy. Highly recommended

My prescription was not what I expected it to be. I went in to get my glasses sent away to be corrected. Jamie looked after me and I now don't have to be without my glasses for 3 weeks. Sometimes the positive things you do for customers Jamie makes more difference than you realise.

Specsavers have always been great to deal with, the people at Glenorchy always happy and friendly… but today I was given the Specsavers bonus level service by Molly!Not only was the communication excellent, the friendly and helpful service first class, and the advice received at the highest level - but I was also completely engaged and made to feel like I was the weeks most important customer! Thank you so much.Nobody ever knows the path someone’s trod before they meet them, but today Molly’s kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging service was just what I needed.The smile I was left with will last months, so thanks again Molly and I’ll still be smiling next 24 Oct (World Kangaroo Day), what a treasure you are!!!!!#achievementunlocked

On arrival I was greeted politely,and asked if I could be helped.After explaining what I was looking for, my eye testing commenced,not long afterward I spoke to an optometrist,he explained what he was doing,asked questions and listened to what I had to say.Before I knew it I had selected my frames and was on my way home.Brilliant service.

very friendly genuine caring staff. i dealt with owner of northgate shop who gave me a great half price cut on a $420 dollar pair of specs. very happy, thank you all. kind reg. brett
