After accidently damaging the right front guard on my new DMAX installing a Safari Snorkel, they replaced it with a new guard and also just charged me for the Snorkel and no labor fees at a guess, a third of the original quoted price fitted couldn't be happier .Thanks to ARB Rockhampton and all the staff very happy with the outcome.

A bloody disgrace. Closed when advertised to be open. With all media available it isn’t hard to communicate changes of hours to the public.Drive a long way to spend ~ $20 k.11 am on a Saturday advertise for 1 pm close.Don’t care if you have a death in the family you can always inform your customers.Can’t put what I really think in review.

Rang up, as the store opened and explained we were passing through Rockhampton for the day and needed help with an issue. They fitted us in, charged me fairly for the labour and gave advice on how to avoid in the future. Ended up that the issue was ongoing and we returned the same day, they looked at it again, explained to me on the workshop floor what was happening and didn’t charge me for the second adjustment. Would highly recommended. Professional and patient.

First of all, screw you. Not only am I 9k out of pocket, my 2020 navara was fitted with the draws and accent canopy unprofessionally. Dented inside my tailgate and took the paint off down to bare metal, then tried to say it wasn't them. Took the car to a panel beater to get a quote to fix the problem, would have cost $500-$700 (small amount I know) but it's the principle behind a professional job". Went back to arb

Thanks to the team. I can't recommend this shop enough, their help and workmanship was excellent. For a traveller passing through town, I had trouble with my 2 fridges. One was sorted and the other not worth fixing. Did a great deal on a new one and got me going. Thanks again.

Worst customer service ever. Old mate sits behind the counter and decides if your worthy enough to be permitted to buy something from the shop. Great product but terrible shop unfortunately

Missing t bolts out of am awning box, when I asked to get some they had to get them shipped from brisbane, just a pain to deal with, not interested in helping at all. The gear is alright but I won't be going back because of the service.

Ok like the new shop. But when going for a some t bolts for my roof rails none om hand. Finely was approved and asked if they had showed the same rack I was looking at. Then told yeah we don't have. Was not even advised we can get that in for you. Small every day items leads to the bigger purchase. I won't be back.
