I get medical cannabis with DVA subsidy in place.Worth noting here is that any time I want to call through to speak about my medical cannabis in any way, I have to wait 2 mins and 35 seconds before the call goes through (automated introduction message goes for this long, every time one calls: it’s about COViD (vaccines etc), and a bit about the medical cannabis situation.

Fantastic customer service and very knowledgeable staff. When I came in recently I was extremely stressed due to not being able to get my sick baby into the doctors due to them being booked out weeks in advance. Tori was an absolute superstar, she took the time to make sure I am okay, helped me calm down and made sure I got as much help as I possibly could from the pharmacy. The staff in general here are very friendly, patient and accommodating. Such a great local pharmacy.

Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Ordered medical supplies and they sold them to someone else 2 times... and to say sorry they offered me a 10% discount. Order should have taken 24hrs to come in I finally received my supplies 9 days later.

Good old customer service, nothing too much to assist people. Pharmacists did all they could to ensure I was able to get essential medication even via other other pharmacy.Brilliant customer service by all staff, thanks Terry White management for employing people of such high calibre.

Didn’t have an antibiotic in stock and instead of suggesting an alternative they made me wait 10mins and then just sent me on my way without anything for my baby. I went to another pharmacy who advised it was a supply issue with the particular concentrate on the script and they were able to provide an alternative instead.

Rude pharmacist. The one star is for the lovely staff who helped me prior to the pharmacist. When I explained that I have an expired drivers licence and only had a passport I was interrogated and judged. I live locally and have gone to this pharmacy for years but I will not be returning.

When it changed from Chemmart to Chempro, their customer service significantly dropped. They no longer acknowledge you to let you know that they've seen you at the counter or that there may be a wait. I don't know if they've reduced staff numbers or not but it seems that they need more staff.Pick up your game Chempro!

Since switching to chempro, this chemist is unbelievably slow. I've been coming here for years and the service has never been so slow as it is now.10+minutes to get medication which is already paid for, 20 minutes to get a single item script in (which used to take 5 to 10 mins), and the staff is 90% new people in training so basic things take twice as long.Definitely switching chemsits
