Wonderful place to have fish and chips and gluten free as well, they were delicious and have to be one of the best we have had for ages. Nice spot also to have a bite and sit near water, close to jetty.

Absolutely amazing chicken schnitzel.So moist and an abundance of salads.One of our best schnitzels we’ve had in a very long time. Staff are extremely friendly will definitely be back

Loved our visit todaySuper friendly, accommodating of.our large group and rowdy kids. Tended to our dogs straight away. The GF options were amazing. I had GF battered whiting and salt n pepper squid and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Kids meals were also great and all very reasonably priced. We will be back!

Food is usually pretty good here, the chips are more often than not above average, crispy and tasty. Fish has been a bit hit and miss, sometimes no King George Whiting, although $9.50/PC feels pretty expensive. Generally staff quite helpful, sometimes odd hours even for a restaurant/takeaway. We ate in once and was a pleasant experience, we were the only ones so felt a little odd and quite, but did allow us to make as much noise as we liked and the sit in meal was well prepared and everyone enjoyed.

The Boat Shed Cafe at Wallaroo. I would without a doubt say that the Gluten Free battered fish, prawns and squid rings to be the best I have tested. Their GF snitzel is equally as good. All served with a garden fresh salad. The salad is fresh and the flavour is great.The service is without question very accommodating and polite. Nothing is too much trouble. I have no hesitation in promoting this business. The prices are very reasonable and is always value for money. If you want good food this is the place to go. Well done.
