Great location. House was very dirty. Bathroom floor was covered in hair. Vaniety was dirty, crockery needed to be rewashed, dining table had food crumbs on it. Bin was stained and dirty, bed had hair in it. Would not stay here again.

I hate to give a place a bad rating as . The staff at the hotel are friendly. We stayed in one of the small houses close by. The heating worked comfy couches and it is in a great location thats all I can say. It smelt musty One bathroom not in service. Oven, dryer not working, dirty dishes. Plumbing needs attention poss sewage on the back verandah . The beds not that comfy a lot of patner distubance and not firm. The photo on the internet is not the view you get from the house. This place needs a lot of TLC . Again it was a great location and the heating worked well in mid winter.

The room is big and warm (on winter). Water is hot, bed warmed. This is not hotel so not cleaned everyday.And better to stop at Echo Point Motel as their receptionist is there (you need to go there to pick up your room key).Car park provided.

The villas are located conveniently to point of attractions however the house keeping was terrible. We checked in at 2pm and the carpet was dirty, a cleaner came and said he hasn’t finished vacuuming yet. He then used a broken vacuum which did not work properly to clean the floor, and it was still not clean afterwards. There were stains and hair on the beds, and beds were not made up properly either as bed sheets kept coming off during sleep,Rubbish truck operated on the street in front of our room at 3am, 4am, 5am and 6am, which was quite loud if you are a light sleeper.

Liked · The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The size of the villa was great. The cleanness of the property. The parking lot, and the location of the property. The air conditioning of the property was top. The unit had a washing machine and a dryer too.Disliked · They kept the old sponge for dish washing, which was not a good hygiene practice, it should have been new or none. The bathroom tap was moving and not fixed in place. If you move,some of the villa starts shaking

Quiet place but need some cleaning, dirty mugs and spoons on the sink at first arrived. Other than that it is really a good affordable villa to stay with central heating which is nice. And also near the three sisters!

1) Professional courteous staff & communication all of whom take on both positive and negative feedback quite well.2) Amazing and quies location with wonderful accomodation, as we stayed at the one of the 4 Village accommodation which has 2 rooms, one with king size bed and the other with a double and a single bed. This is all part of Echo Point Village Motel.3) Decent choice of hot breakfast available and above all only 50 metres from viewing Echo Point Lookout where you can see the three sisters and the entire panoramic view of the Blue Mountains.This was our second time here as a family and we definitely intend to come back again.

Great place, I've been here four times, it's great if you want to visit the blue mountains on a budget and it's within walking distance of echo point look out and a shopping centre across the road

Fairly descent, lights in garage in villas need to be fixed. The hot breakfast was excellent, well priced and very nice. Also in a very nice location. About 100m walk to the three sisters. Would definately come back again

A lot of bugs and hair on the bed, I doubt they have even cleaned it or changed the bedding. You also need to get a voucher from reception to access wifi. Wouldn't it be easier if you just include that in the apartment? Quite disappointed to be honest.
