Professional Plumbing

We had four jobs that needed attention - Adam from Professional Plumbing's head office responded promptly to my email, Scott turned up when he said he would, quickly fixed what he could, gave us a very reasonable quote for what needed further work, and it was done the next day, for what we thought was a good and fair price. And Scott was very pleasant to talk to, gave a thorough explanation of what he'd done, why he'd done it and what we were paying for. Very happy to recommend them.

Scott turned up on time and had a great attitude and gave great quality service.Out of 9 plumbers that we rang , Professional Plumbing was the ONLY plumber that took my call and actually turned up within a couple of days, there was no fuss and the job was done properly. I recommend to call them before any other plumber . Great job guys

Professional Plumbing have been my go to plumbers for 8-10 years and up till now I have been a satisfied customer.In September I called for a quote for my house to have the guttering renewed as well as another house of a relative nearby. 2 men came to do the quotes and for 6 weeks I didn't hear a thing.I called and spoke to the owner/manager who promised the quote would be sent the next working day and apologised. After a week or so I hadn't heard a thing so called again and left a message which was never returned.I am really disappointed with the fact I have been ignored and no reason given.Their website says they provide exceptional service and professionalism but they are just hollow words.I will never use this business again.

We had the stormwater system put on a new garage. Dan and Georgio did a great job, the service was top notch, the job was done in an efficient, friendly a professional manner. Highly recommended.

Book over the phone they were helpful to assist . However, the plumber was 3 hours late after called to follow up 1our no show after the appointment time, the plumber stayed for only 5 mins been invoiced $164, contacted Adam the manager for explaining the bill but never hear back from them just sent email by admin to pay the bill, such an appalling service ,I'm quite disappointed by their service and team work.

Scott and Professional Plumbing helped me out of a predicament by efficiently replacing my hot water cylinder on the day I called. I appreciated that they took away the old cylinder as a matter of course and were understanding of my circumstances. Great service and quality workmanship. Highly recommended.

I needed someone to join two sides of a water tank together as the water is now at pressure. This should have taken 15 minutes. I told them when I booked it that it was a very small job. They charged me $1700 and were unresponsive when I asked why. they just kept sending overdue notices until I paid

Over the phone they were very polite and seemed eager to assist in providing a quote. However, the inspector was 1.5 hours late (I called to follow up 45 minutes after the appointment time) and at the time he said he would get back to us with a quote within a week. I still haven't heard anything 3 weeks later. I'm really disappointed by their unreliability.
