I paid $250 to clean my car underneath to this service station didn’t even apply water never recommend to anyone this is money rip off place

First time here found them to be a lot better than most other car wash places around good price good job we definitely be going back to have it done again.

It’s my 3rd time getting my car washed here. I was impressed with their work all 3 times, that I decided to write my very first review on google.I got the inside out $49 wash yesterday and my 10 year old sedan is very glossy and looking new, including the inner part of the wheels, mats, etc. Other places I went to always left a bit of dust or water streaks down the window/body but not this place. My neighbour jokingly asked if I got a new car.I reckon this place knows what he’s doing because I’ve had really bad experiences elsewhere where they used abrasive products and damaged the paint on my car.

Very bad / rude management by the lady the works there and over pricedI went there for a inside out wash, and when i came back she asked me to pay i said i just need to see the inside of the car first she got me the keys after waiting for like 5 minutes and then as soon a i opened the door i asked here is the car been cleaned from the inside and she said i think so and then she just walk off ignoring me and i asked her can you come have a look at it but she didn't even look at me as she was texting and laughing with the workersAnd then she said bring the car here for me to look at it, just like i work for her.The poor worker kept apologising to me and cleaned the car again but it still wasn't worth the $59 that i paid the car should've been much cleaner as the car is only 3 months old 2021.Rubbish customer service i would not recommend anyone to go there as this new management is unprofessionalThe car i washed every week elsewhere

Worst service.. I came and the lady said an hour so I said it's okay then she told me to park it in the middle area and I was ahead of 4 people but then didn't do anything to my car for over an hour and all the other cars that was behind me got something done to theirs.. Then tells me oh sorry they had bookings ahead" But when I asked her how come mine wasn't getting anything done to it she says "which ones yours"??. Wow.. Atleast be honest and say you forgot. Cause what the hells the point saying one hour if I'm gonna wait 2 hours?! use to come here alot for my others car too but never coming back here anymore seriously that was just a waste of time. And I don't care about your discount. I'd rather pay full amount and get what I'm told."

Took our van in for wash van was extremely dirty as it had just returned from Sydney to Perth return. Van had 5 million bugs on it and the crew when over and above and my van was shining when finished. A big thank you to Julia and her team. Never expected it to come up so good. I am one happy person.

I went for a carwash and antibacterial clean a few months ago, the external clean was good I had no complaints this. However the internal clean is absolutely shocking !!The products used has reacted with the chrome and the plastic in my car, it seems that its very acidic and worn away the surface layer on my seat belts, door handles and all the other metal components in my car.I went back to have it restored, they wiped everything down again however the is irreversible as it has worn away the surface layer so its pretty irreversible. now I have to get all of this fixed possibly even change parts in my car.I definitely do not recommend internal detailing or any anti-bacterial cleaning at this carwash. To be fair the external wash was not a problem.If anyone has experienced something like this please leave a comment.
