Booked a test drive with Jennifer McCarron today and had the best experience. My husband and I were treated very well from the moment we walked in. Jennifer knows cars and had a lot of knowledge to share. We enjoyed the test drive and getting to learn about the different features and can't wait to go back. There were a lot of minis to look at and we didn't get rushed out. Overall it was a top experience.Thank you Jennifer :)!!

During my first service for my Mini, THEY damaged the decals on my car. It took 4 months of multiple calls and emails to both the dealership & Mini head office to finally get a response and repair organised.The service manager Trent did not even acknowledge me when I came to drop off my car even though he was aware how disappointed I was with the experience.It took 4 days to repair it and when I picked up my car they said they had provided a complimentary wash & vacuum - but funnily enough that wasn’t true either!It seems customer experience isn’t very important to this dealership.

Fantastic service from Jennifer McCarron at Mini Sydney Garage. I am extremely impressed by her patience, communication and professional manner. A little difficult with my GPS and arrived at almost 4:30pm to pick up my new Mini, but excellent service once there. Great explanations of all the features of my Mini. Thank you!

Excellent dealership! MINI Garage service is beyond my expectation! Jennifer, Nicole and Joseph have done an excellent job from the first time we entered the MINI Garage to the day I got my brand new MINI.Big shout out to Jennifer. She is very friendly and knowledgeable about all the questions we had. The MINI is a fantastic car, and the service of MINI Garage is equally stunning!

Very bad experience with the after sales.Purchased 2nd volvo xc90 and told that the letter badge got ripped off when they washed the car before handed over to me. Have been calling them back and forth and promised they will get back to me for the badge replacement. It's been 9 months and no actions taken at all.Is this how you treat customer who bought 50K+ car?Very bad....Thanks for the reply.I believe Joseph has my details.I sms'ed him after posting this, and until now I haven't heard anything back from him at all...What a disappointment...Last time, contacted Alex the account manager, he promised to call me back to sort things out, never got a call back.Please please, get back to me and sort this things out

We were told upon order that the vehicle would be available to us in November 2022. We did not receive the vehicle until the middle of January 2023 which caused us some difficulty as we were going overseas in February. Joseph the the sales person at the Mini garage was excellent and kept us informed but could not affect the dates.Also upon returning from our overseas trip in May 2023 I received notices from Service NSW for the vehicle I traded in travelling on NSW motorways after I had handed it over to the Mini garage but before the ownership had been changed. Joseph the sales person also resolved this quickly and easily but it should not have happened.

Best experience with great customer service and cares from Carl, James and Nicole. They deliver us beyond a good vehicle. Highly recommended.

Great service. Joseph kept us in the loop regarding production and delivery schedules. The JCW convertible is a beautiful little car. We would certainly recommend Mini Garage Sydney to anyone interested in a mini.

It has been a great buying experience for me except the waiting time. Carl has provided excellent customer service. And the business manager Nicole is lovely and pretty. Definitely will go back to mini garage for my future car services and 100% will recommend Carl and the mini garage to others.
