A great little location for a stopover. The owners were very accommodating to our family arranging a trundle bed and even offering a pet bed for our new puppy. The room had everything we needed and was very warm in the colder temps. Great value - highly recommend and would be happy to stay again in the future.

A great hotel. The staff were lovely, a family run business which was reflected in the service provided.

Dog hairs on quilts. Air con really dirty. One double bed springs stuck into my back. Bathroom had been painted. Including toilet seat which was sticky. Shower arm wouldn't stay up.

The lady who greeted me was wonderful, warm, and friendly - I can't fault her customer service.The room was clean and presentable, but I can't say anything else positive about it. The air con worked for a couple of hours then stopped and started dripping water (loudly) for most of the night, the shower was difficult to moderate (either scalding or cold), the bed was uncomfortable, all you could smell was cigarette smoke from the other people staying (not nice when you are a non-smoker) etc. The place is obviously animal friendly, which is great but when you are travelling for work you dont want to be woken by dogs barking.

Nice, clean and confurtable room.Great customer service.We were travelling with our dog for the first time and it was a very enjoyable stay.Great area for dogs to walk about.Will recommend it , a very pleasant stay.Great value for money.Thank you for having us.We will definitely be back.

Pet friendly, great area out back for pets. Grounds neat and tidy. Beds were comfortable however cleanliness could and should be improved. Bathroom was very unclean, carpets needed vacuuming and stains on bed covers. Free Wifi did not work. Staff however were friendly and helpful.

Jodie (Manager) was absolutely fantastic & accommodated to my schedule which is so hard to come by with most places. Nothing was a hassle, the room was clean, bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get out & I never had to fight with the pillows. Will certainly be staying again

Only one half of the electric blanket was working.Dishes were in a plastic tub with dust included.have no idea what was in the dispenser attached to the shower wall, and wouldn't use it if I did know.Those faults took some of the gloss out of our stay. The host was lovely though.It was just an old motel. If price matters more then style, Jillaroo fits the bill.
