Raffi and Trent and the team came out this week and did an awesome job on my new driveway. It was a small job, but they were happy to find some time for me. They’re such a nice bunch of guys, and went above and beyond to make the driveway look fantastic. They were quick, professional, and easy to contact. Honestly couldn’t recommend them more, the driveway looks excellent. Very happy customer. Thank you guys!

Raffi and his team completed a grand entrance with some architecturally designed floating steps. We cannot recommend the team highly enough. Arguable the best in Sydney.

Our floating steps were a disaster and 10 months since work first began we’re having to spend $5.5k to get them fixed and completed by another contractor. Over those last 10 months, Raffi’s team made a number of visits to rectify the issues but never really made any progress, and Raffi blamed COVID and other excuse for this. The last time we heard from anyone in the team was months ago and we simply gave up chasing them to finish the job. We have since discovered from another contractor that there were issues with the work of Raffi’s team that we’ve only now discovered since engaging someone new and at the end of the day, we don’t think they were skilled enough for this job. When we called Raffi to let him know we were going to write a review and offer him the opportunity to compensate us, he reacted with emotion and accused us of threatening his livelihood. No apology. Just blame and excuses. He then hung up the phone. We found this highly unprofessional and unreasonable, and we have asked him not to return to our property. Raffi and his team did a great job of our driveway and if it weren’t for the floating steps, we would ordinarily be giving a 5-star review.

Raffi and the team concreted a basketball court for my son. They were competitive in price, came when they said they would and even went over and beyond what they were supposed to do. Every time I call Raffi he actually picks up the phone, unlike others that I have dealt with in the past. I definitely recommend them!

Driveways2U laid concrete on my driveway in Pymble. I was lucky that I was able to find them locally in Pymble. They provided the professional service. Communication was excellent from the beginning to the end.Because my experience was great, I called them again for retaining wall and landscape. They are just getting completed and the results are as expected.Their service is highly recommended!

We had a nightmare experience with this company that went on for 7 months with the project never actually completed. It was very similar to the previous review from Carlos. It started with a concrete lay for new driveway that was poured way too steep so I couldn’t get my car past the gutter! This needed to be completely ripped up and started again which took over 4 months to complete but was during the COVID outbreak in 2021 so we gave them the benefit of doubt on the delay. Whilst the owner, agreed it was their mistake and wouldn’t be charging to replace the costs kept increasing to finish the remainder of our project. It then took a further 3 months to chase them for a simple grind and painting job which should have only taken 2 days. The original quote costs almost doubled despite only adding increased painting area.There was little to no communication throughout unless I chased them on, which was incredibly frustrating given the total time this transpired over. I was forever asking the owner, Raffi for updates on when they would complete the job. He also kept shifting blame to covid, weather or other excuses. He become very unprofessional when I raised my concerns and even hung up on me during one phone call. After 7 months we decided to cease the project and called in a more professional group to finish at a much lower rate.

Delayed and very very poor communications.(What builder does not understand what a cost to complete means?). Get everything in writing up front. Even then you might have an argument. Otherwise, the construction work is pretty good.

This was a great experience! Professional, economical and a great can do attitude left us very happy with the quote, the process and the finished product. On top of it all Raffie was very easy to communicate with as a person and throughout the job. Would highly recommend to anyone!
