I found the sales experience to be very good.Sargon was very helpful and quick to revise the quotes. He even went above his role and came over to measure the windows that required replacement. I cannot fault the service. To provide a complete review of Wideline, I will provide a further review when the windows are delivered.

After 4 unsuccessful phone calls I managed to speak to Shamila at the Rosebery office. What a helpful and committed worker. She sorted out my complaint immediately although it was relating to matters not relevant to her site. Something rare in today's world. Thanks for your service

Ive spoken to Shamila a few times now and she's always been incredibly helpful in going through the various window options and suggesting more economical alternatives. The service has been fantastic. Im very impressed by the quality of the windows that I saw in the showroom for the Ascend and Paragon particularly. The sliding stacker doors at 2.4m are very easy to open much to my surprise.

I’ve contacted wide line back in September 2021 to request a quote and what a joke of a journey it was, I’ve then attempted to follow up multiple times to see if they are interested in providing me with a quote. I’ve been told by multiple people they are really busy which I respect in this current time, but I’ve also been told by Charlie he has sent me the quote when I ring back to find where he sent me the quote I get the run around by the lady who answered and Charlie refused to take the call as his busy. I then contacted few times after Christmas and I’ve been told by Charlie and another gentlemen by the name of Timothy, that the quote will be sent by cob today, it’s now February yet to get the quote.

Ben from Wideline Liverpool was great and knowledgeable when I went into their showroom so no issues there. The windows that came was fine, but they can improve on their after sales service. One of my fly screens isn't correctly sized and they sent someone out to have a look but that took weeks of chasing up. He tried to convince me that it was fine, but there is still a gap at the top between the flyscreen and window which I'm getting addressed.Hopefully the new flyscreen will fit more correctly when it arrives.

Always a pleasure to deal with Shamila at Rosebery. Ive spoken to a few others at Wideline and shes the best. Shes friendly, keeps her word on contacting you and coming back with answers, is considerate and helpful in costing up my multiple window and door variations. On top of it I looked into the Wideline products with regards to the air infiltration, U-values and other metrics and they are superior to many other well known brands. Looking forward to having my windows from them.

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. To start with the customer service is disgraceful and unethical. Prior to posting this i decided to read the reviews. I wish I’d done this before … Unfortunately it appears our experience is not uncommon and it the MO of not answering or returning calls is standard practice when there is an issue. The sales person and his manger are dishonest and their conduct boarder line fraudulent. We decided to replace every window in our house- The product themselves are of a poor quality - those that have been delivered. There are several that were made incorrectly or arrived damaged, including every single fly screen made to the wrong size and one casement window made incorrectly twice. The saga for us is still unfortunately afoot with no end date in sight.. This company’s incompetence has held up our build time, and has affected every single trade (builders, electrical, plasterer, painter, plumber and other companies installing decks and roofs) … this company should not be able to trade. They are unethical, dishonest, unprofessional, sub standard quality product and completely incompetent.

We had a fantastic, supportive experience in selecting windows thanks to Shamila. Her expertise and transparency greatly assisted the selections for our new build and she went above and beyond in providing expert guidance. She is an asset to your business. Great customer service.

I have been waiting for 3 months for my window work to be completed by Wideline. My fly screens have arrived incorrectly sized 2 times now, and I have been waiting on the third attempt to arrive since June. My new windows are also not sealed correctly which has resulted in considerable water leakage into my newly renovate home. I have been lied to, failed to have calls returned and still have not had this issue resolved. For a business offering a 7 year guarantee, I question whether that means you wait 7 years for delivery of what you paid for! Disgusted.

Our black windows and doors arrived with enormous gray plastic locks and handles, some were even put on backwards. After complaining for 4 months, they still refuse to come out and fix their mistake. It took a window falling on my daughter’s hand (and 3 months of complaints) for them to finally come and do the necessary safety adjustments, so I’m guessing fixing a cosmetic mistake is out of the question. I’m an interior designer and I’ll definitely be warning my clients in the future to stay far away from Wideline.
