Melbourne Sea-Doo & Can-Am

Terrible experience.My ski was having problems and wasn’t running right in the water, it would only reach a top of 5500rpm. From the beginning they were very unsure what the issue was but said they could fix it. Came back a day later and was told they changed the spark plugs which would fix the problem.I took it back out on the water the same day, for it to only have the same problems…I reached out to another JetSki shop, where they knew exactly what the issue was. It was contaminated fuel and was running on 2/3 cylinders.A waste of time and money at Melbourne seadoo and wouldn’t recommend for anyone else looking for a fix or service

Lowest place to take your JetSki to!I’m surprised they haven’t blown my up engine yet. First time they left the exhaust hose off which filled up the whole engine/hull with water and now taking it back in because all the coolant has gone due to one of the hoses!Disgusting.

Totally disgusted with the “customer service” at seadoo, I can’t believe a brand that is this large has such low care for customers.I spoke to a staff member on the phone to book my ski in for its first service (with us) and it was a smooth process, they even moved it to the day before when an extra public holiday was announced.We were told that we were eligible for a $70 discount because of the time of year we were booked in for and we were quoted $415 minus $70.We knew we needed an extra battery for $210 but then were hit with a bill of over $700… my partner hates confrontation so I called and asked what went wrong and they were so unprofessional, saying they replaced our spark plugs without calling us for confirmation because they didn’t believe it mattered for that cost ($70) and then continued to say that my quote would have never happened and that they never quoted me that, I am so upset because this ski means so much to us and we were so incredibly excited to get it serviced and finally out on the water and they have added an extreme dampener on our experience, we will be searching for another dealership and have to adjust our plans now because we aren’t rich and can’t afford an extra $200 without our notice. Terrible customer service and little to no concern for the customer. This has ruined my day.

Fantastic website with great parts breakdown of all the different Can-am that I own. Very reasonable freight costs and staff are very helpful when I’ve rung with an issue. Highly recommend

Yes staff at this store are happy to take your money, but then don’t want to know you. Most unhelpful unprofessional and rude. Customer service is appalling, definitely go to another dealership, wouldn’t take a Billycart there !

Great service. Very resourceful an customer focused. An call backs followed up promptly. Couldn't fault the team. Servicing and parts amazing at locating stock too. Thanx guys, after a year I still love my seadoo.

The retractable ski pylon on my seadoo wake was jammed open. Mark & the team at Melbourne Seadoo did what they could to fix, but we ended up needing a new one.They helped out in price (Seadoo parts aren’t cheap) & did what they said they would even at a very busy time to get parts in and ready.Great service - thank you.

I have had my ski for 3 years paid for at tune and was wondering why I would only get 106 out of it when I should be getting 118 after tune after going back on 3 different occasions they finally got it right then I asked for gunnel rails to be put on I one new one and they supplied one new one well after the second ride both are coming off and they have silicon them on. What a joke.

Doug was very helpful, helped me buy the right jetski and the rest of the team at seadoo are very friendly too
